I’m not sure what happen with this place…they use to be my favorite coffee place, my go to, since I do live like 3 mins from them. In the last couple months my coffee has not been consistent and it’s always hit or miss if I will get a good coffee.

I have not tried any food but I have been to black rock a few times and tried different drinks. I have had coffee drinks, the energy drink and a tea. I don’t really treat myself to drinks often so I can’t really compare to competitors and I also like to switch it up once in a while. All I can say is that each drink I have tried has been good!

Service and Atmosphere is always 💯 over 💯 coffee is very unique tasting. I'm a T2 Diabetic and the cold brew is my go-to drink. Always options and always when I have a question they are friendly and kind and understanding.

I love this location. The staff are always fast and friendly. I've never had a drink made incorrectly or not to my liking. Also, bonus points for being down the street... for the days I want to dress up to go to work even if I WFH. ? My go to is a Large Hot Mexican Mocha! ? However, the jackhammer is also close second on the days I want a boost. If I am in the mood for breakfast I switch between Jalapeño Cheddar bagel, ham & swiss crossiant, or bacon cheese sandwich. Their strawberry smoothie is soo good and my daughter loves the little rockers hot chocolate. And how can I forget the stickers?! Lol I look forward to the 1st Tuesdays of every month... ?
This is for the location on Thomas and Dysart in Avondale. We pulled up to the drive through 5 minutes before closing. The open sign was still lit. The server at the window sad he was unable to take our order of one small mango smoothie because the blenders were in the process of being cleaned. In my opinion your business is either open or closed completely, there is no in between. All I can say is avoid this location if it is close to closing time because your order will not be taken.

I mobile ordered online an Extra Large Oatmilk Vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso. I got there and my drink didn’t taste right, which is no problem, I’ll just ask them to remake it. The young lady with glasses, who initially made my drink asked me if I needed help and I told her that it tastes like there’s coconut or banana or something in there. She was really rude with her response, “Well I made it and there’s no coconut in it or banana but I’ll remake.” She then says, “You ordered it with coconut milk. That’s how it came through in the system.” I told her it should be oat milk and showed her my order on my phone and all she could do was say, “Oh, really?” Proceeds to place my drink down after remaking it and walked away. Didn’t say thank you nor did she apologize. I’m allergic to coconut but instead of saying it. I left because she was just rude and rolling her eyes when she made the mistake. Immediately defensive over her mistake. There’s no need to be rude to a customer who placed her order correctly that you made wrong! If you’re mad at anything, be mad at yourself for not reading the ticket like always. Every time I come to this location my drinks horrible. But easy fix. I’ll go to another one. There’s plenty of Black rock with better service than this one.

I came here to do some work and there were a good amount of people also doing work but not loud at all. I got their passionfruit iced tea with dragonfruit pieces and it was super refreshing. Plenty of parking, free wifi, everything was clean-even the bathrooms. The baristas were super friendly :)

Bad experience! Bought a mocha coffee tasted bitter! Like they put something weird in my drink intentionally! I was sick vomiting and dizzy all day! Girls looked suspicious at the window cause I didn't leave a tip!
