It sucks that online orders take precedence over customers in store. Went in and were the only people in line. They made 6 pizzas before even helping us. Guess we should just do online next time.

Waited an hour, people kept going up complaining about their wait to the gal would box up theirs and the door dash guy that kept bothering her
Meanwhile I had 3 pizzas 2 burnt that Sat until cold before I went up and asked about my order, sure enough they had been lying there longer than the other orders packed up.

Every time I place an online order through UberEats my order is always missing something. Every time! I feel like they don’t even read my orders correctly. It’s happened more than 3 times. Before I would let it slide but at this point, since it’s ALWAYS a recurrence, I’m irate.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at Blaze Pizza. To put it bluntly, this was, without question, the worst service experience I have ever encountered in any restaurant—fast food or otherwise. What I experienced was not just poor service, it was a complete breakdown in professionalism, organization, and basic customer care.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing a welcoming or respectful experience. I was met with blank stares, disorganization behind the counter, and a level of indifference that was honestly shocking. Employees seemed more focused on chatting with one another than on actually doing their jobs. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and certainly no courtesy.

It is baffling how a business can be run with such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The wait times were outrageous, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Orders were mixed up or ignored entirely, and not a single apology was offered. Instead of taking responsibility or showing even the slightest bit of care, the staff acted as though my presence was an inconvenience to them.

Let me be clear: this is not about a single bad employee or an off day. This is about a team that clearly hasn’t been trained to value their customers or take pride in their work. It reflects incredibly poorly on Blaze Pizza as a brand, and if this location is representative of how the company operates, it’s no wonder people are choosing to take their business elsewhere.

I’m writing this not just out of frustration, but in hopes that someone in leadership takes this seriously. Because if nothing changes, I can guarantee you’ll keep losing customers—starting with me.

this was the first time Ive come to this location and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and polite service I received. I ordered a signature pizza at the suggestion of the lady taking my order who was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The store was clean as well!

My husband and I love getting pizza here and visiting due to the consistency of the food. However yesterday, we visited for the Pi Day deals. I do not recommend ordering during any events! The pizza was burnt, the dough was extremely thin and floppy, and there was no flavor. It seemed like they watered down their sauces to last the whole day. This is not the quality one typically expects. Absolutely awful!

Worst store service , foolish manager . We told bogo on pi day , created the pizza , at register they forced to pay more as toppings were more . They never made us aware inspite of sayung we want to have pi day deal . Time wasters , lack of empathy in talking , manager “Abhi” looks zero trained ! Ended up leaving store would never return back ! Wasted our time and drive on pi day . Think twice before visiting
