Today (Thursday) I went to BK , On the door it says that it closes at 10pm and the drive-thru closes at 11pm . , but I was there around 9.30 pm and the doors were locked and there were cones in the drive-thru ,. Eventhough there were two cars in both of the drive-thru lanes and then they just put the cones over there. And it's not like they were short of staff or something cause I can clearly see from the door that there were 4 workers inside . THEY even ignored when i knocked on the door This is UNACCEPTABLE . I am so disappointed. LIKE MAKE YOUR MIND, WHEN TO CLOSE !!! 😡😡😡 Edit: The drive thru workers either have bad hearing or their headsets are bad please fix this they always get my order wrong I said big fish and the girl said milkshake like WHAT!!! Oh another thing happened they take forever and for some reason the ceiling was torn and I think thats a health concern oh also the screen was broken for orders so they would ask for your receipt and order like please hurry up 😠 😡 😤

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. I went through the drive-thru and placed a regular order. When the food and drinks were handed to me, the so-called “manager” accidentally dropped the drinks, which spilled all over me and inside my car. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he laughed in my face when I asked for a refund and said, “I can’t give you a refund,” with absolutely no concern for the situation.
I then asked to speak to someone else who could help me either a general manager or someone from corporate and he was clearly hesitant to provide any information or help. The entire situation was handled with disrespect, zero accountability, and unprofessionalism.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. If this is how they treat paying customers, especially after causing damage, then something needs to change—starting with management.

5:33p pulled in empty drive thru plus the lot was empty. I ordered a chicken sandwich and she told me to park4:41 I had to go inside. empty inside noo customers 2male employees horseplaying right by the manager office. manager comes out ask can he help. I tell him I've been waiting for my sandwich 7mins.sandwich maker goes to girl cashier hey its right here. soooo why park me??I know yall young but still, you at work yo

You guys are the best ❤️❤️ love the way you just treat me, I had the chance to have the best costumer service about 10mn ago by this guy I didn't got his name but he's amazing, this burger king 👑 is the best you should stop by and try how fresh this one is .
