I came here after work. I was told to hold on l in drive thru. I was then forgotten about. They continued to take the order of another person who arrived well over 4 min after me. I sat there saying hello into the speaker and no one answered l. I had to reverse and go into the other line . When the person finally came on the speaker I was telling them the incident that happened they switched me back and forth between 2 people 3 different times. No one has apologized. I had to go inside to get the store number and corporate information as according to them a manager is not available until Wednesday which I will personally be coming in to speak with.

Be careful with this location they tend to overcharge by adding bacon to your burger and then when you ask for the receipt they say it’s not working.

The chicken sandwiche was terrible today. Very hard and tough. The workers today didn't tell us there weren't any kids toys left, and just gave us a cookie. We went back in for it and they just said, only cookie and nothing else.

I usually come every other night and order the same thing. One time an employee insulted my passenger by looking at me and saying “blink if you need help”. Tonight the same individual showed up at the drive thru window, and proceeded to forget my order or pretend like I never made it. When I get my food, it tastes like it’s been picked up off the floor and no seasoning whatsoever. Fries were cold and mushy. Pretty much threw all of it away except for my drink. I will never eat at this Burger King again.
