Ordered the chicken sandwich, I think if I ate the rubber sole of my shoe it would’ve tasted better. You need to teach your employees if the food looks like sheet and you wouldn’t eat it the give it to the customers

Stopped off with hubs and the kids for a late night snack, super big thank you to the night crew. Absolutely delicious perfect burger and the fries were wonderfully crispy. Very happy, thank you!

I'm here at 6:34am on a Saturday, (Google says open at 6) and got no response after sitting at the order speaker for over 5 minutes. I pull up the the window, and an employee inside motions that they are not open. Won't come to the window to speak to me, won't answer me when I ask what time they open.

Don't go eat there in the morning, the person serving at the drive thru is very helpful. I asked him for someone who speaks Spanish and he said HERE NOBODY SPEAKS SPANISH and I went to the delivery window and waited 5 minutes and no one opened the window. Run those people if they don't want to work!!

I got a double whopper meal and a 5 dollar deal and not only did they miss giving me the 5 dollar burger they also didnt give me a receipt and employees had different reactions 1 which attended and was clocking out knew exactly what had happen other employee said I need receipt and another said to back employees to make her missing burger and I waited for about maybe 7 minutes, all so they gave me a burger that was sitting right up there noses I didnt complain went to car by there lot and went to eat my meal my son had a few bites and within burger there was a hair in between bun and patty that is very disgusting I went took it back asked for a manager and one employee said whats wrong I simply pointed to the hair and what seemed to be person in charge came grab the burger threw it to thrash and said I will make it myself to ensure its correct simply remade it and honestly I believe I should have given the food back I didnt even eat meal comfortable at the end I threw it away like thats nasty I worked in the food industry for years and thats not the way to handle that situations I went back and forth and the rest of my meal was cold by the time this one item was remade and made about almost 13 minutes maybe longer I will definitely not comeback clearly they arent using hairnets and following standard food policies.

Found bugs in the iced tea. Informed the staff and they left the tea in the lobby out for customers to drink. Crickets in the lobby probably in the kitchen too! Soda dispenser nozzle in the lobby fell off in my drink cup. Dont think ill be back to this one anymore. Dont want to get sick from bug infested tea, especially when you inform staff and they don't remove the container to clean it. Health department needs to conduct an inspection at this BK site!
