Outstanding !!! We need a place like this in FL. Service was good, and the food was so delicious, I savored the taste one bite at a time. Sadly, I don't reside in tje area but I highly recommend.

Everytime I order here, I am served half portions, and sometimes the items are missing, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and kept ordering food to see if this problem would change but it didn’t, who ever y’all have serving there is mad stingy. Fill the plate up man! Dayum!

Did an online order and ended up waiting inside for over 20 minutes. Finally get my food and I kept finding small pieces of gray hair in my soup and then a long piece of hair in my sandwich. So disgusting, will not be coming back here.

Italian Club sandwich only had one thin slice of meat, one thin slice of cheese & a few greens. The chicken noodle soup was okay. My first visit will be my last.

Just had delivery and ordered a large soup and this is what I got! Can’t even fill it up! Going to edit this review, I called and the person was so rude, I told her my soup was only halfway filled up and she was like, is that so. Doesn’t apologize or anything, customer service these days are so terrible! And then I got to my salad and the apples were all brown! This is literally the worst experience.

Employees are apparently OK with delivery drivers cutting in front of regular customers. Wanted to pick up my pick up order was waiting because an employee was doing something when a delivery driver walks and cuts and passed me and get the employees Attention rather than waiting in line. I turned in a pretty calm voice, but a little ticked off. Say you know I was also waiting for my pick up order, but I was being Patient and then the employee looks at me and goes. You didn’t need to blow up on him like that and I was like that wasn’t a blowup. So I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere since they don’t value customers

Everyone had a straight face, no-one smiles at eye contact but turned to avoid. Not one person greeted you.
Then the strawberry was a joke! Why even include if it’s the tiniest thing and it’s dark about to go bad! 🤢

I've been a loyal customer of Zupas Cafe. I picked dinner today, I was disappointed with the portion size of the power salad that has 36 grams of protein. The portion shrinked, it didn't look like the picture at all. I also ordered a full size turkey sandwich with a half salad. The salad was a tiny side salad. I've decided not to go back to Zupas any longer!! Sorry Zupas!!
