I came to visit this place because the reviews were high and it had many. The service was great from everyone, they're friendly, helpful and make you feel welcomed. The food was just okay. It didn't taste fresh and left a lot to be desired. They welcome you with chips and salsa, but the salsa was very umm.. caucasian. Tasted like a better Pace Picante. Overall it was decent, but the food disappointed me a lot.

Have not been there in over 10 years but it hasn't changed at all. The best Mexican food. Totally authentic.

I ordered a Taco and enchilada combination and a Tamale. I ate the enchilada and it was fine but not great. Then while taking the2nd bite of the taco I got something stringy I pulled out of my mouth. It was gross and we called the waiter over to show him. He said he was going to commit and the tamale because he forgot it and brought it out very late. I tried 1 bite of the tamale and it was hard and dry, horrible.
Last of all when checking out I had to explain it to the cashier who didn't know what happened and he charged me for the tamale anyway. Awful experience and I will obviously not be back.

Followers of my reviews are well aware that I’m on a lifelong (and very important) quest to find THE best chimichanga on planet earth. There are many places that attempt to serve up chimis, but only a few have mastered the craft.
Cafe Zamora hits hard with a classic chimi plate, beautifully assembled, complete with rice and beans, healthy scoops of guacamole and sour cream, and a pinch of diced tomatoes for some beautiful color. The tortilla was fried until perfectly golden brown crispy, and it stayed crispy until the last bite.
On the universal 13 point scale of chimichanga deliciousness, Cafe Zamora’s chimichanga scored a very strong 12.
Perfection might not be attainable, but this is dang close. Whether or not an absolute 13 exists in the universe is not the question. It’s a question of whether a chimichanga is worth feasting upon, and in this case, the answer is absolutely.

My niece recommended the menudo,.it was pretty good and the caldo had good flavor. The patas were cooked good and coffee good too. Great service, but I they hear you. Speaking Spanish, they should try to speak Spanish too. Most likely,.I will be back, even tho it's like a 40 min drive for me.

The food was ok, big portions. Chips and salsa are served and they were really good. Hostess is available, but you find a seat yourself. Waiter was friendly and came often to refill and ask if there was anythingelse we needed. You sit there until you realize you don't get the bill at your table, you get up and pay at the register.

Very welcoming staff, and accommodating of my family of 7. Food was good we got the ribeye steak and eggs, potatoes and beans, and the kiddos got menudo and chicken nuggets and fries. The only feedback I’d have would be more seasoning on the food but that’s why there’s salt and pepper on the table. Other than that very nice.
