Carrabba's Italian Grill

The restaurant was so dirty inside, sticky chairs and food stuck in between the tables. Sad to see, obviously management doesn't care.

I went to this location for the first time and I was very disappointed. I've been to one other location in Glendale and the timing was never this bad. My friends and I arrived about 5pm for dinner on a Saturday evening and it took about 10 minutes to get seated. Dining room about 25% full. Ordering was fairly quick but actual food took a very long time. It was about 30 minutes for our appetizers. Then another 30 minutes after finishing to receive dinner order. I got my own take out boxes. At each step, and a few extra times in between each course, waitress had to tell us that she's going to remind kitchen about our table. Apparently, 2 kitchen staff quit, forcing 2 different managers to be in the kitchen. The total time of dinner was 2.5 hrs. Dining atmosphere is open and friendly feeling, but staff wasn't very welcoming. The food was good but due to continued long food times (happened to my friends on a few other occasions), we won't be returning.

Just didn't like it

Late lunch/early dinner, less than 10 other parties in the restaurant. Mary was our server and was very attentive to our needs, refilling our drinks, etc. Love the zucchini appetizer.

Not a busy night, service was slow and not frequent, food was good mixed drink was overpriced and not good, probably just go elsewhere next time.

First time and an excellent experience! The servicer was perfectly attentive and the food was delizioso. I'll be back.

Tucson grill chicken extremely small piece and very salty! Spend $60 for a small dinner.

Our party of 18 people dined at this establishment last night. The food was exceptional, and the service was even better. Thank you to Mary and Clayton for the excellent service. Thank you to the hostess and manager for accommodating our party on short notice. What a great meal and experience! Highly recommended.

I typically try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, but our recent visit to Carrabba’s was unacceptable from start to finish.

The issues began when I found a dead fly in my salad. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she casually blamed it on the “bagged salad” – hardly a reassuring explanation. Despite the unpleasant start, we chose to stay and finish our meal, hoping things would improve.

Unfortunately, they did not. My husband ordered a steak medium well, but the server entered it as medium. The steak arrived undercooked, and he wasn’t able to eat it. Despite this mistake, the meal was still included on our bill, and the “discount” they offered felt more like an insult than a gesture of goodwill.

We left extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Cleanliness, accuracy, and customer care were all sorely lacking in this experience.
