This is the second time I’ve placed an order and received it missing items that I paid for. That’s unacceptable. I gave grace the first time, but it shouldn’t happen again. I’m paying for a complete order, not partial. It’s extremely frustrating, and I’m ready to take my business elsewhere if this isn’t resolved.

2nd time they gave my order away and left me in line waiting 20 mins for a chicken sandwich. They gave me someone else’s order and when they finally asked me why I was still there, they just said sorry about the wait and gave me a sandwich with no additional compensation. They also forgot my pickles. Last time I was waiting for 45 mins. Ruined my night

This is one of the cleanest Chick-fil-a we have been to. The play area is clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and so attentive. When my kids want a treat meal this is our spot.

Usually, I have no problems with this Chick-fil-a, but I had ordered my daughter a kid’s meal. When I got the milk, it is almost a whole month expired! Do they not check these things before giving them to customers? I’m glad I caught it before I gave it to her!

Julian is amazing! After a rude encounter at shake shack across the street I decided to come to CFA. The CS was amazing with Julian and it made up for the bad experience at the other place.

I took a bite of my sandwich, then opened my sandwich to drizzle their honey roasted bbq sauce on and while I was doing that I saw a hair in my sandwich I went to take it off and it grew while I pulled it🤮

Idk chick fil a is alright.. not what id expect to see cars packing in Everytime I go there like they're giving money away or something lol, it's good fast food.. but real not processed cooked fried chicken still taste way better to me.
