Itās too hot to have these kids outside especially when itās two lanes and one is only for mobile we can use the drive thru speakers get these kids inside, than because mobile is empty Iām in line with my food and canāt even leave with 8 cars ahead of me because of the empty mobile lane, on top of that now these poor kids have to walk all the way down the street to take orders of 30 cars because of a useless empty mobile lane.Do mobile curbside or something, had to edit my review I get it gets busy but the food quality is terrible I spent 20 dollars and no flavor on the food only thing I taste is the bread

āMobile laneā sucks! Iāve been to many locations , I love chick fil a! I am a āRed memberā so that should tell you how much I love it, HOWEVER if you are going to order and use the mobile lane please save your time and go to another location, itās so confusing , you have to go around an other building however by the time you figure out that you are in the regular drive tru lane itās too late and you are now stuck, I did share my concern with both a team member and a manager they were very sweet not the brightest tho , kept thanking me for bringing it up however said thatās just how it has to be, Mind youuuuu, prior to it being a mobile lane it was just two regular lanes you were able to merge to whichever side you wanted but now you have to make a turn around pet-co! Like what? I would never think oh yeah let me make a turn around pet co for this CHICK FIL A!
My family already refers to this location as the āhorrible chick fil aā because of the parking, my god the parking is so dumb, but I guess the mobile lane is what really irritated me enough to write this
Moral of the story , every other location has functioning normal āmobile lanesā so please avoid this one!

I have gotten a spicy chicken sandwich for breakfast for years here. Just waited a few extra minutes; today they say we donāt make them at this time of day. Youāll have to come back at lunch for that. Make it make sense. Yall cook the spicy chicken for a biscuit but wonāt put it on a bun with pickles at 940am? Trash

I ordered online & went to pick up a very big order not one person helped us seen us standing there & honestly 7 staff members & 1 supervisor walked by us, helped 2 other guest that came after us & then kept on as if we werenāt standing there, very disappointed. Wonāt go again!

I havenāt eaten Chick Fil A in a very long time because I feel like the quality of the food hasnāt been great in the past. My daughter wanted to come to this location for lunch because we were in the area and I just want to say how AMAZING everything was!! From the fast, efficient service to the delicious meal. Keep up the great teamwork!! Thank you very much!!

This has got to be my favorite fastfood in the US! Chicken burger was good! Chick-fil-A was also something I would look forward to having whenever Iām in America.
This branch had polite staff and a well maintained place.
Iāve been to this location several times and have had the same experience. This location has real difficulty staying on top of their drive thru. It takes about 20 mins or more to get your order in (even with an order made on the app) and get your food. And half the time they have you pull up to one of their waiting spots because your order isnāt ready. I tend to go to the Goodyear location because they are a lot faster and more efficient. The food is the same quality as any Chick-fil-A but the service efficiency is lacking significantly.

Start out as a bad day as one of the sodas broke and got all the food all wet so I had to go back and get a replacement order can you get there and came back right before they close

We love the remodel they did. The arrangement inside and the parking lot/drive thru is a million times better. Iām glad they kept the play place too! I know a lot of places get rid of them but my kids love it! The food here is always perfect. I usually only get a side salad and some fries. Their light Italian dressing is my fave. I wish they would sell it in a bottle. This is our favorite location in the area.
