We haven't been to this location in a while, but we're gonna try to stay away from this one.. at least during the week after school hours... theres just a bunch of kids working here that do not meet the usual Chick-fil-A service ( the main reason why we keep coming back to any Chick-fil-A). This location is really disappointing. Employees are not attentive and are a bit rude or seem like they are all having a bad day and dont wanna be here. The food was delicious as usual, though.. the microwave/oven alarm has been going on this whole time I have been typing! Someone, please get that oven! Lol! Sheesh! Im out!
This probably the only chic fil a i know that don’t serve breakfast. They keep there establishment closed until lunch. On google maps it’ll tell you closed but when you call there service number for this location it says it’s open.

Had lunch inside the restaurant and the food was delicious as always. Had the privilege to talk with four of the employees there, from the person taking our order, the people who delivering our food, and folks cleaning up the restaurant. All of them were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Love this place!Kid-friendliness: Extremely kind and friendly service! Would recommend to everyone.

I love the new team and I’m happy they got new management BUT WHY STOP SERVING BREAKFAST?!? Why do I have to drive to Glendale to just get a spicy chicken biscuit? Pleaseeeeee return back to normal hours. It’s been 6 months.
If there's one thing I hate about this location, it's how every time they're always sold out of Tortilla soup and then say they don't sell any soup period. There's something seriously wrong with their shipments when every other location has it except them! What is the hold up? I hate making special trips to Goodyear and Arrowhead because of their incompetence of false advertising!

Everything about my visit tonight was a let down. From the very beginning while ordering, to the very end after paying and being told they replaced something in my order without asking because they ran out of what I DID order. The communication here lacks, and the employees need better training.
