This store SUCKS. I’ve never had a good time ordering online with this place. Like, ever. Something missing, I find out when I get home that there’s no guacamole in my bowl (and is charged for it every time) (WHY THIS LOCATION NEVER HAVE GUAC), they give my food to the wrong people (if I had a nickel, I’d have 4 nickels), and overall just sucks. y'all really suck. But I love chipotle!

I paid 35 dollars for one bowl and chips. I ordered double chicken and barely any chicken was put on order in first place. I got a bowl full of a bunch of rice. To add to the disappointment, I paid $8 for chips and bag was 1/13 full. I’m not joking. 8 dollars for air…

I felt rushed to order my food even though there was only me and another person in there I barely wanted to order anything extra on my bowl or burrito because all of the stuff in there look like it had been on the heater since probably 12:00 p.m. there were multiple people in the kitchen but only one guy holding the line down to where he had to scream for help once more people showed up aside from me and the other person then the cashier of female with glasses had the biggest sour attitude it may be repeat myself multiple times even though I was clearly speaking and enunciating myself properly

Chipotle is my favorite fast food spot, and today was my first time at this location. It had been a while since I last visited any Chipotle, and the staff where was friendly and welcoming. Although not busy during my visit the customer service was on point.. Thank you!

They are clearly amazing they have great employees who are so sweet And caring, they make sure to drop the lines down fast but are still making your orders 100% perfect they some how can hear you even when it's super loud and the stake is always to die for
Went for the fist time ,the steak was raw ,I ordered corn tortillas, she never said we don't have corn tortillas and she gave me flour ,white rice horrible, reg beans very spicy ,I ate nothing ,everything was covered up by the red sauce what ever they cook things in ......but the raw reg steak in red sauce the worst .....everything so generic like a beginner trying to make something with taste good terrible!
I will be back. You get a good portion for the price , food is delicious.

What's wrong with the queso that I just received? They gave me queso for chips, but not in burrito bowl. Burrito bowl was cold. Received no napkins and utensils.
