Chipotle is my favorite fast food spot, and today was my first time at this location. It had been a while since I last visited any Chipotle, and the staff where was friendly and welcoming. Although not busy during my visit the customer service was on point.. Thank you!

They are clearly amazing they have great employees who are so sweet And caring, they make sure to drop the lines down fast but are still making your orders 100% perfect they some how can hear you even when it's super loud and the stake is always to die for

Went for the fist time ,the steak was raw ,I ordered corn tortillas, she never said we don't have corn tortillas and she gave me flour ,white rice horrible, reg beans very spicy ,I ate nothing ,everything was covered up by the red sauce what ever they cook things in ......but the raw reg steak in red sauce the worst .....everything so generic like a beginner trying to make something with taste good terrible!
I will be back. You get a good portion for the price , food is delicious.

What's wrong with the queso that I just received? They gave me queso for chips, but not in burrito bowl. Burrito bowl was cold. Received no napkins and utensils.
Need to clean up the 99th ave and McDowell store in Avondale Az. It's ghetto.

I am so disappointed with this locations service yet again. I have given them 10+ chances as I really want it to be good every time due to their great location and my love for Chipotle. They yet again have let me down. The staff have been rude and act like they don’t want to be there more times than not. Their service line is always covered in so much leftover food that the outside of your container is covered and I definitely question the cleanliness of this facility. Their scanner is usually not working for points and when trying to use multiple rewards they always seem to mess it up, which is frustrating especially when other locations can do it just fine. I really hope that this location can figure things out, but until then I will have to go to another one. I really don’t like leaving poor reviews, but people have got to know that things are not going well here.

Door dashed from here two times now - both times forgot my vinaigrette with my salad . Ordered chips and guacamole , chips tasted stale . Don’t know if it’s because i ordered at 8pm , but I always expected fresh from this chain .

Came in at 10pm when they close at 11pm it's is more then enough time to make two bowls but when I got there they were out of black beans, pinto beans, steak, chicken, I was told I could have the pinto beans only then after a conversation with coworker he said sorry I can't give you these they are for the online orders. Which I understand but why did you say yes first. Second several times I tried to ask "hey do are you missing anything else I should know so I can effectively change the order I was planning as to not waste more time? " Three times I said that and all three times no response as he kept turning around to joke with coworkers. And his reasoning for not having anything was we are going to close but as I said it was 10pm and they still had an hour until closing. Like they can make and do the online orders but can't have enough for the online and ppl coming ? I wasn't the person behind me walked out too becuz he had the same exact interaction right after me.
