By far the stingiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. I asked for extra rice because I felt like the half cup I was given wasn’t enough, and was scolded about portion sizes. It’s worth the drive to the next closest one.

First it seems like employees are scared to give extra rice when ask even when customer is willing to pay more for the extra rice. Second manager on this day 4/7/24 around noon was very unprofessional and childish, he should not have that position. Lastly and extremely important as it's not the first time, so customers BEWARE that they over charge for items you didn't get or mix up product where you end up paying for for example depending on what meats/chicken you get you get charge a specific price for the item chosen and that's what keeps happening to us as they charged a chicken bowl for the price a steak bowl which cost a few dollars more. One last thing corporate is also bad as they don't answer the phone at all. Terrible service and food, but they sure up the prices!!!

Customer service is trash. The employees need to work on their people skills. Oh & don’t bother coming in 2 hours before they close because they’ll be out of just about everything! If you don’t wanna prep enough to make sure that the people who come in at night can get a complete order - just close early. I’m not coming back to this location. Do better.

The Worst experience ever at Chipotle!! The had No Chicken, No Steak and No Red Sauce...The location opened at 10:45 am ...I was at the location at 11:10am Absolutely Horrible!! I will Never visit the location in Tolleson AZ again!!

Need to temp their items. That's how people get sick.$35 for cold food. Told me they temp their food before it goes out, okay, that's not after it's been sitting on the line for who knows how long. The rice and steak was cold. The beans were the only 'hot' item on the dish. My tiny amount of cold ingredients doesn't turn my food cold in less than 5 minutes.

Absolutely horrible service my order was stolen and they hung up on my saying they could do nothing there needs to be better service and making sure when door dasher go in to get orders they need to verify information. Absolutely horrible service.

What has happened to this Chipotle? About a third of the steak on my tacos was inedible, so full of gristle and tough that I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away. They forgot my sour cream and the chips that came with my guacamole were burnt! They were great in the past, but I have noticed a downhill slide and after reading all the other customers' bad experiences, I have reached the point where I am almost ready to give up on getting food here. I don't know if it's a new owner or what, but please take note of your reviews and restore the quality of your food back to what it was. I am one more bad order away from giving up on ordering here and from reading the other reviews, I'm not alone.
