As always the ice cream was tasty. Service tonight was however was not up to par. Team members throwing and dropping ice cream, having to ask for my order 4+ times because they kept forgetting but yet still forgot to add my mix in. Quite disappointing, have been going to this location for a while but the new staff is not taking care of the store like before.

Ice cream is always wonderful, the store does need to be cleaned up constantly

Exceptional service tonight from the girl working there and the new guy she was training. We came in towards the end of the night missing a massive crowd that came in behind us and while my wife and I enjoy our ice cream we seen her kill each order with very fast precision and accuracy making that line disappear quick!

My granddaughter wanted Cold Stone so off we went. We both had magnificent ice creams. I had to crop my granddaughter out but she had chocolate chip mint. I had one of their recommended combinations. Very good.

The kid working with long hair touched his hair with gloves on then went and grabbed my toppings with that same hand and put in the ice cream

Ordered a cake for pickup at 11am. Got there at 11:05 and stayed until 11:20. No one was there to open the store. Called multiple times and knocked but there was no answer. I ordered a large round cake and when I went back to pick up the cake I was given a heart shaped cake. I was told that the cake only came in a heart shape but on the website there is an option for the cake to be round.

The Manager Alexandria and her employees were absolutely the sweetest people ever!!!! They were so sweet and patient with my son! I will definitely be coming back here!!! Thank you so much for making my son's birthday so amazing!!!

Was there yesterday and sat with my dad there and there was a hair in my icecream totally discussing so I also observed that the location is very dirty !! Ice cream was good just dont like dirty locations and hair in it !!! they need a deep cleaning there

There were 3 teenagers working around 6:35 p.m today 12/09/24 horrible customer service, they look like scared to talk to the customer and bad attitude. Ice scream always delicious but please have someone to take care of the customer service better! 🙏🏻☺️

We came in with a coupon from a coupon book sold at a local high school and were told we couldn’t use it. Then when we went to sit down and were told we couldn’t sit down even though they were still open but the seating area was closed. It was Halloween night, super bummed it wasn’t a fun end to the night.

This place is so horrible i ordered a cake for Father’s Day and it was never done they made me wait until 6 pm so they can tell me it was never made

High priced ice cream, but tastes so good! This time around the service was a little shoddy, but nothing major.

I ordered cake for my birthday on May 6th, for pick up on May 8.I called on May 8 at the end of the day while I was on my way to pick my cake only to find out these people had not made the cake. And their best solution was to cancel the order. I’m literally now left hanging with no birthday cake for my party.

I arrived to buy ice cream at 9:52pm. The doors were locked, although they were not due to close until 10pm. No one would answer the door as I knocked. The manager, Vanessa, finally answered the door and said they were closed. I said I thought you closed at 10pm. She said they closed early because she is training new people. This is unacceptable. This location should have been open for service for the duration of their work hours.

Ice cream is great if they have what you want in the store. This is my family's 3rd trip to this particular Cold Stone since moving to the west valley. All 3 visits there have been no bananas. 2 of the visits there were no lids. How does that even happen when a lot of people take theirs with no lid? Tonight, we were told no bananas and then also no nilla wafers only for the one gentleman working to have found some at the last moment. Idk who does the ordering and scheduling for this store but you need to pay better attention to your sales numbers. There were 4 teens (?) busting their humps to get orders completed. It was busy. Clearly, you need better coverage for all weekend nights. My husband and i stood in front of the actual ice cream for nearly 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Acknowledgement of your customers, is a minimum during a rush. At this point, I will gladly drive back to Gilbert to the Cold Stone off Power and Germann just to get the service and product that I've come to expect from Cold Stone.
