Shout out to the young lady named Rain! Amazing customer service during a rush and made sure to ensure no cross contamination for my brother with celiac disease. I hope she is recognized for taking initiative amongst her peers. We got our ice cream very quickly ! 10/10 will come back

Went in on Friday night- October 17th. It was about 6:30 and I was surprised by the great customer service. Most places right now just don’t have any sort of service, especially from younger employees.

I didn’t catch her name but the girl who served us had shorter dark hair with red in the front/bangs. She was so sweet and helpful and patient while my kids looked at every flavor and topping. She even offered to put the gummy bears on the side so they wouldn’t get too hard mixed in the ice cream. Great service, she deserves a raise!

I love the people who work at this location. Alexander is amazing. The upbeat energy when you walk in is great!! Thank you

I used to come to this Cold Stone about 3 times a week for over a year, but ever since they hired new staff, the service has gone downhill. The cashier, Samantha H, has absolutely horrible customer service—she was rude, throwing things around because she was upset, and gave me nothing but attitude.

The new guy (long hair) doesn’t even know what’s in the orders and was literally asking customers what’s inside. I even saw him blend Oreo ice cream with milk, and then Samantha told him it was too much milk and poured it BACK into the gallon. That’s beyond unprofessional and completely unsanitary.

I was so disgusted I couldn’t even eat the ice cream I paid for. This location used to be one of my favorites, but now it’s disappointing and gross. Management really needs to do something about this.

Tonight during the storm, we stopped by this Cold Stone around 8:10 pm after our date night dinner, craving some good ice cream. A few days earlier, we had gone to another Cold Stone where I barely got a tiny piece of brownie in my mix. So this time, I asked my husband if we could try a different location—and I’m so glad we did.

The manager here treated us wonderfully and made us the most delicious ice cream, with plenty of mix-ins. Honestly, it made our night. The ice cream was perfect, the service was fantastic, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we left happy.

We will definitely be back! I highly recommend visiting this Cold Stone—the manager at this location is truly fantastic.

Appreciate Alexander for being so sweet everytime we go! It's one of our favorite spots cause she makes our cups just like we like 🥰🥰 shes very welcoming and the ice cream is always delicious 😋

I'm giving 1 star for cleanliness. The ice cream is delicious, but the last two times I visited, the shop looked dirty and unattended. It’s obvious this isn’t just from a busy shift—there was dust everywhere, and the counters looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. It honestly made me lose my appetite for the ice cream. I gave it another try later that month because the location is convenient, but it was still just as dirty. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

As always the ice cream was tasty. Service tonight was however was not up to par. Team members throwing and dropping ice cream, having to ask for my order 4+ times because they kept forgetting but yet still forgot to add my mix in. Quite disappointing, have been going to this location for a while but the new staff is not taking care of the store like before.

Exceptional service tonight from the girl working there and the new guy she was training. We came in towards the end of the night missing a massive crowd that came in behind us and while my wife and I enjoy our ice cream we seen her kill each order with very fast precision and accuracy making that line disappear quick!

My granddaughter wanted Cold Stone so off we went. We both had magnificent ice creams. I had to crop my granddaughter out but she had chocolate chip mint. I had one of their recommended combinations. Very good.

The kid working with long hair touched his hair with gloves on then went and grabbed my toppings with that same hand and put in the ice cream

Ordered a cake for pickup at 11am. Got there at 11:05 and stayed until 11:20. No one was there to open the store. Called multiple times and knocked but there was no answer. I ordered a large round cake and when I went back to pick up the cake I was given a heart shaped cake. I was told that the cake only came in a heart shape but on the website there is an option for the cake to be round.
