Worst service had to wait for 2 cookies and whole pizza But the guy said 45 Minutes all the way to 1 hour at 3P'm I was like what No way I have emergency fade and start to to feel weird need to go home but swear to god they need to update by adding guest number like Mcdonalds does IDC If they aren't doing but they need to!! Or else I will make them closed there food court permanently! Never will be coming back too this Costco and places again until they can start acting inappropriately like target Walmart and other!!!!

Have been going to this Costco for 6 yrs now. Never an issue. Employees are usually friendly and helpful. As I was picking up my cooked chicken today I mentioned to the employee that the chickens are always undercooked around the bone area. He said " Oh Really" but it was condensing. I understand these are big chickens and the legs are pulling away. That does not mean the inside is fully cooked. I just cut mine up and it was undercooked. I don't mind because I only buy these when I am using it in a recipe that needs to be cooked. I will never buy one to just eat. When I mentioned OSHA wouldn't be so happy he didn't seem to care. I think management would.

Costco food is always has good food. Just if you plan on getting a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza you’ll be waiting a long time for your pizza even if you order ahead online or by phone. This food court is always busy. You can see this just by how many people are there and how fast the workers are going to get the food out. They work very hard not to have anyone wait too long.

Seen a roach at checkout after waiting 45+ for a pizza GO SOMEWHERE ELSE service was also terrible when I asked for a refund, had to threaten to call the cops then they finally gave in.nothing but crooks and bugs there.

If I could give it a 0 start I would but it’s the worse place to go eat at I order my food waited 30 to 40 min to get told that they had gave my order sumone else they redid my order and here come another 30 min saying that order was pick up bad customer service at this food court

This Mexican...and I repeat MEXICAN lady named Laura was being so rude to us (my family and I are Mexican). Let me start from the beginning we were shopping with my sister card cause she was sick and had to stay home. So we took the card and shopped like normal cause we needed things. We went to check out and the lady checked the membership card and she started to get so aggressive just cause it wasn't it "our card" and she was doing too much and she even took the chance to block my sisters card. She couldn't had taken into consider to understand that our sister couldn't come. No. Well I hope Laura has the best time working there!

Costco Food Courts are usually fantastic but this one is rough. It has issues every time I come in and they usually aren't serving at least one item due to something being broken.
The self checkout line was super fast. I was happy to find some beautiful flowers available.As always at almost every Costco, the workers are super friendly and helpful.Thank you!

What's there not to love about Costco. Free samples are fresh to the max and $5 rotisserie chicken never go up in price no matter the state of our economy. Sometimes the workers take too long to pretend to check the receipt upon leaving, but i don't blame them. It part of their job. But sometimes I got somewhere to be and I'm stuck in that line like LA traffic trying to leave. Overall, I love me a Costco date at least once every 2 weeks

I have been to many Costco's before, but this experience was by far the best I have ever had. We have been looking for a Dining Room Table and Chair set, and we found a floor model display priced at a 50% discount . We spoke to Supervisor Mike and he explained that if we wanted to purchase the set, we would need to return today and pick it up. When we returned for the pick up, Mike had it loaded on a moving dolly for us and rolled it out to our truck. All together, we spent about 4 hours today at this Costco, and had several interactions with Mike. He was professional and helpful each and every time. Max was another employee who assisted us, also great. I have to mention that because Thanksgiving is next week, the store was extremely busy, with lines of people waiting to park and pay for merchandise. With all of this going on, the store operations were very efficient. We had interactions with other employees today too - all positive. We are very pleased with our purchase and with the service at this Costco

I went to pick up 3 pizzas. It was uber busy and chaotic. I ended up with an order payment receipt for 2 pizzas although I paid for 3 pizzas. Initially, I was told that they did not have my paid order receipt for 3 pizzas. Ultimately, another counter worker identified my payment and called the ticket number to identify the person with my payment receipt. Great job given the chaos!

Best prices around! The last time I purchased gas, regular unleaded was $3.69. Other gas stations I passed to get there were between $4-$4.20. Lines can get long. Gas hose extends further than a traditional gas station. This is so the nozzle can reach the gas tank regardless of which side a car is parked. Costco gas stations are only for fueling up the gas tank. Ice, snacks, and any other quick purchase items are not available for sale. Fule is the only item for sale. Air for tires is available at Costco. Air is not at the gas station. Dispenser is located near the tire shop. Tire shop is a short drive to the other side of the building. Just like Costco, one must have a membership to purchase gas at a Costco gas stations.
