Went here because of a friend’s reco. And yes… one of the best cookies I’ve tried! Cookie texture and taste were perfect for my liking and it was served warm. Would definitely get some when I’m back in the US!

Horrible horrible customer service I’ve been to plenty of crumbl cookies and never have experience such poor customer service like this location, when I first arrived we stood at the counter for a good 5 mins didn’t even get acknowledged the girl that took our ordered was so rude we told her how many cookies we wanted and pointed to all the cookies my kids picked out which were 7 and when we got our order there was only 6 and we told her that one cookie was missing she began arguing with me that it was only a pack of 6 and I told her it was 7 in total, she continued to argue with me instead of charging me the 7th cookie and then walks away and leaves me there standing I had to get back in line

Absolutely hate this stores customer service. Girls are so rude they show no empathy. I always order curbside pickup and never receive my order unless I call the store. Which is extremely inconvenient especially if I’m waiting 5+ minutes for them to bring out my orders.
