Had pre ordered for the new Dubai chocolate brownie and was told as I got there to pick it up they no longer have it. Didnt offer no substitions or nothing just refunded my order( Didnt even get a full refund either now they say its my bank). I could have at least had options(wait, or get something else) like it says in the FAQ. Seems like that does not matter.
