The chicken and buffalo tenders are my favorite. And their ice cream is just so good. We always have fast service, and many times someone will walk by the tables asking if we need anything, which is really above and beyond for a fast food place.
If I could give 0 stars overall I would. I went at 8:30pm on 08/23/2025 and the person who was taking orders and the white teenage girl who looks like an angry bird and smells like burger grease had terrible attitudes. They kept rushing when I was looking at the menu and were ignoring me when I was asking questions about the menu and just responding with “ are u ready or are u done”. I miss when kids enjoyed working and weren’t miserable and hateful towards everyone

This was my first time ever trying this place. We are here for a concert staying at one of the hotels in the lot with your restaurant this was some of the best and friendliest customer service but the food was terrible. I ordered a double burger and it was raw even though the patties are very thin. The fries and roast beef sandwich were cold. The loony good thing were the cheese bites.

We stopped in 35 minutes before they closed the dinning area and had no issue eating inside. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was really good the onion rings were great and i had a spicy chicken sandwhich. The sandwhich was spicy but not to bad. I highly recommend this place.
Staff is always friendly. I personally go there just for the frozen custard

I’m extremely disappointed in the management and believe this situation needs to be investigated. A young employee was working hard and was openly degraded and harassed by the manager, to the point he was nearly in tears.
I ordered a burger, and the employee rang it in correctly, but the manager while arguing with him and ignoring both of us made it wrong. I’ve never told someone to find another job, but I did, because no one deserves to be treated that way. The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable.

There is no reason to go In or Out when you can do Culver's. No waiting in line! Delicious food! Absolutely fabulous food. Granddaughter loved the sparkling disco balls, too! Plenty of smiling staff, which is a plus.

But what really made our day was the thoughtful service from a young girl in glasses who noticed our need for a high chair and brought one over for our daughter without us even asking.
