Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The Avondale 107tj Ave locations says it closes at 10:30 and we drove up to the drive through at 10:05 and the automated voice triggered but no human answered. We waited and asked if they were open, no response. As we drive around they shut off the lights. Once again Goodyear location is getting our business.

Employees stating the store is closed, came before closing at the drive thru, women started to take our order then proceeded to tell us they were closed.

I came to this Dairy Queen at 9:45pm and they close at 10:30pm. I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone and they said they didn’t have chocolate ice cream. I called another location and they also didn’t have chocolate ice cream. If you’re “open” all items on your menu should be able to be served. Especially when the entire business is about serving ice cream. Makes no sense.

Horrible customer svc! Horrible, No acknowledgement! (hi! how can we help you would be nice!) I get it this new generation Horrible! no acknowledgement walk around with entitlement but than again age has nothing to do with horrible customer Svc.

Quick service. Very polite and patient. Brought our order to the table and everyone had a smile. Great service and food

the only DQ that was open for our annual "happy birthday baby Jesus" cake. quickly decorated cake and staff was friendly.

Ordered a cherry mister misty freeze and got all vanilla flavored when brought to the the hispanic big lady attention she didn't know wat cherry tastes like cause she made it rite so she says. Then the 2 punks started talking Spanish like if I did t know wat the hell he was saying. Rude ass service.

“I ordered a Large Diet Coke. Upon arrival, I was given my ice cream without a drink. When I requested the drink, I was told that they didn’t have Diet Coke, in fact, they only had 12oz cans of a select few sodas. I was offered a can of Coke, and when I requested that I at least get 2 (which would still be well under the oz provided in a Large) I was denied. In no way did I receive the fair value or anything close to what I paid for, and thus I’d like a refund for the 3.19+tax that was paid.” I’ll update my review if/when I’m compensated. Until then, as far as I’m concerned this Dairy Queen is a hoax.
