I came to this Dairy Queen at 9:45pm and they close at 10:30pm. I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone and they said they didn’t have chocolate ice cream. I called another location and they also didn’t have chocolate ice cream. If you’re “open” all items on your menu should be able to be served. Especially when the entire business is about serving ice cream. Makes no sense.

Ordered a cherry mister misty freeze and got all vanilla flavored when brought to the the hispanic big lady attention she didn't know wat cherry tastes like cause she made it rite so she says. Then the 2 punks started talking Spanish like if I did t know wat the hell he was saying. Rude ass service.

“I ordered a Large Diet Coke. Upon arrival, I was given my ice cream without a drink. When I requested the drink, I was told that they didn’t have Diet Coke, in fact, they only had 12oz cans of a select few sodas. I was offered a can of Coke, and when I requested that I at least get 2 (which would still be well under the oz provided in a Large) I was denied. In no way did I receive the fair value or anything close to what I paid for, and thus I’d like a refund for the 3.19+tax that was paid.” I’ll update my review if/when I’m compensated. Until then, as far as I’m concerned this Dairy Queen is a hoax.

Another place adopting the Chipotle trend of charging more for less and expecting us to smile about it. Used to have amazing dipped cones, and every time I've gone lately, they are smaller and smaller. I don't understand why they do this. Makes me dislike the place, advocate to other not to go, and now you no longer have my business.

I know it is part of my fault for ordering in the wrong DQ, but I ordered and went to another DQ, I called this store, asked to see if they can return the money, the manager Lili said yes, she was really helpful, but it wasn't up to her to return the money and she had to call the main manager(owner of DQ) and that he would take care of it, and he said to her he will return my money and he never did, I called 3 other times and spoke to the manager Lili again and those 3 times called the main manager (owner) and all 3 times he told her sorry I'll get to it and he never did.. bad customer service. In the end, it's just $12+ yet that just shows u the customer service by that manager.. Not Lili, she was great and helped as much as she could.
