The cashier was standing off to the right,looked at me and then continued texting on her phone for about a minute or so and then put the phone in her pocket and finally helped me. I was in a hurry so I didn't appreciate her making me wait while she was obviously on her cell phone for personal reasons.I ordered a breakfast burrito that in the pictures looked pretty big, and was almost $6.00. When I got it it was half the size. And didn't look anywhere close to the way it was portrayed in the pictures. I was pretty disappointed.

Lady that took our order told us to pull forward foe the total. She didn't review our order beforehand and there is no screen to show us what we got. When we got to the window, she handed us a drink that wasn't ours and said, "It's on there" as if that means anything since she didn't review the order, show us on a screen, and she didn't give us a receipt when she told us to go park and wait. We're the 4th car to wait in the parking lot for our food. We didn't get a receipt or straws for any of our drinks. It took about 15 mins to get our food. The girl that took our order had an attitude and wouldn't accept that she messed up. Still didn't get a receipt or straw and got a shake that was just ice cream.

I came to this location about 3 weeks ago. Horrible service. All I heard from the speaker box was "anything else, anything else, anything else" at the window no hello just my total. Then my food was handed to me while two ladies had a conversation. Then today I go because I wanted nachos. I ordered my son some carna asada fries. The food was garbage. I won't go back.

Great service, and the restaurant was very clean! I have been a fan of Del Taco for many years, I will test the managers on the location of store 1, and to my surprise, the manager blurted out Barstow, Ca. In 30 years of asking this, she was the 1st one who knew!I failed to ask her name, but she is a new manager at this location and has been with Del Taco for 30 years! She should be celebrated for that alone! Because of employees like her, I will continue to go back! Thank you, and welcome to Del Taco Avondale!

I’ve been coming to Del Taco for a while since I work down the street. As of late this place has gone down and it’s mainly due to the people behind the counter. I was at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes with no greeting and no response to my “hello’s”. When I drove to the window the lady didn’t have her headset on and said “What did you want?”. Incredibly unprofessional.As well wait times have gone up exponentially and forcing me to rush to eat my food for my lunch time. Probably will be going elsewhere for the time being.
