I attempted to go. They sign said open at 11am. I got there at 11:30 and was told they were waiting on the rest of their meats. I returned at 11:45 and was told they had no idea how long it would be. Frustratsing...

This place scams money from people. I was charged 55.00 for a order never received. I placed a order online thru Dickies website for delivery. Nothing was delivered and know body would answer the phone. So my neighbor gave me a ride up there and was explaining how he had a similar experience. Once I got there the kid lied and said doordash tried calling me and I ordered delivery threw Dickies not doordash. Also he couldn't refund my money. So you are stealing money from people. The kid also informed me he didn't have the food there to make. If that's the case close your damn doors and stop stealing. I won't rest till I get refunded.

Hate to have to do this because it is embarrassing to leave reviews but man was the bad. Completely wrong meats. Okra was burnt. Toast was burnt. Was packaged with plastic wrap and paper plates. Out of bbq sauce at a bbq place? That just makes no sense at all. Never coming back again and that’s sucks because I used to love this place but really gone down hill to the point of no return.

Walked in smelled terrible, the drink counter was dirty. The employee was outside vaping when we walked in, did not wash his hands. tried to ask the guy behind the counter questions could not give a crap about anything just kept smiling and saying idk, terrible service. Prices were also on the high side.
Couldn't even see the food we ended up walking out and going somewhere else instead.

The employee was being lazy
I had to drive 17 miles for my order and he said he cant prepare any food to any customers because they were about to close and it was only 8:17 pm
And he was also vaping inside while washing dishes

my husband ate here today . The environment was nasty .when arrived both employees were in their car smoking marijuana. Once they realize we were walking in. They got out their cars and while they were making our food They were touching their phones they did not wash their hands after coming back in .we for for to get their names but absolutely.DO NOT EAT HERE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THEH NEED TO BE FIRED !!!!!!!!

Place was empty when we arrived ordered lemon pepper wings and was gonna order meals for three people anywhere from $40-$70 was told they don’t have lemon pepper. The staff on hand I was guessing was a manager started to tell us what we could have apparently what they carry is different than their menu so we thought and I said OK how about we will order other food but you give us a small soda we were told no we can’t do that so the woman and my wife get into Minor squabble of the reason your restaurant is empty manager keeps telling us to buy leave by. I’m sure if you reviewed your security footage again you would find that’s all true. This is a rebuttal to the response. My wife put on your reviews. We didn’t ask for free stuff. Just a small soda.

Joey did a great job, he helped us quickly and and was very friendly, the food came out fast and was hot, portions were awesome, would recommend 10/10

Went in for dinner, large cardboard sign saying out of : bakers, brisket, turkey & No SODA at all. Guy working the counter was nice but said that store is neglected and that they get their supplies. From 99, the lower buckeye. Imo if you're out of so many items, the store should remain closed until they can operate at a fully functioning capacity.

Place was dirty. Two people doing nothing behind counter were very rude especially the female. Acting manager. Made it very clear they didn't take kindly to customers. Huge red flag why there were none!! Ashame hopefully owner gets new employees who care about the place. Very sad

Customer service is horrible! 2 different locations on the same day, wont be going back. Famous Daves will be always better for my employees

I wish I hadn’t ordered online because your first clue that it won’t be any good is that there was NOBODY inside eating. All of the meat was incredibly dried out and tough. The sides were mediocre at best. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Best bbq ever!!! Awesome employees with great attitude!
