Dickey's Barbecue Pit

This is the worst Barbeque I've ever had...Brisket is tough and chewy, Turkey was so overcooked it literally crumbled when you touched it, if you were brave enough to out it in your mouth after this you best have no less than I gallon of water to wash it down, the jalapeno sausage was also so overcooked it had zero flavor and was mushy. The only thing they made that was edible was the sides... baked potato casserole, and cole slaw, the French fries were also the absolute worst. Cmon man you guys gotta be better, I spent $120 on absolutely inedible food, you can't call yourself a BBQ joint if you can't do it right. Jesus H. Christ

It's really disappointing how this location is 1)Never open or 2)Never have brisket! Which is the only reason I come. I'd like to be able to get sides, if there were porkless side options other than mac-n-cheese. People that don't eat pork enjoy baked beans and stuff as well. Do better! I bet if you were more consistent with opening daily (as advertised) you'd have more business! People like myself don't even bother to come anymore because of this.

This was only my second time going to Dickeys. The first time was in an airport and was really good. However, when I came here to eat, I just about choked because the chicken was so dry, and I felt like i had dry mouth. Ribs weren't that good either. So ummmm yehh... if you're into that, then hey, it's for you. Place was totally dead as well, which should've been an indication that food wasn't good. But I'm a trucker driver and was close in walking distance to truck stop, but nope, it was just a waste of money, really

Ordered online on 11/21/2024. Order confirmed and payment accepted. The app said the order was "on its way." Few minutes get a text saying the order has been cancelled. Called the store and no answer. Went to look up the phone number today and overnight it's been marked as temporarily closed. If they are closed or out of business, why are you accepting online orders? You need to really fix your process. Now I need a refund for the $50.00 plus I spent

Opening the door to the restaurant, we were surprised to see it was empty for around dinner time (1st red flag). We then order a baked potato loaded & one baked potato with one meat, 2 lg Mac & cheese, & lg fries. There was one server (red flag #2) who was very nice. As our food was placed on the table, everything "LOOKED OK?" (HOW DECEIVING THAT WAS). As my Lady opened her baked potatoe she noticed no, steam coming from potato (flag #3), potato was cold to the touch, cheese wasn't melted, no butter what so ever, & potato was still hard. I called the server over to show her & she was surprised to see that & and I felt it too. So she brought another loaded potato that was warm.
My potato was warm, but the meat that was placed on top was very cold & hard from setting out too long, no butter on mine either. Potato was as dry as Arizona summer. The Mac & Cheese was pretty good until My Lady asked if I'd like some of her bacon bits from her potato since they put a crazy amount, but when she put her fork in the bacon & pulled it out & freaking staple was in the bacon bits🤦‍♂️🤬 and don't ask about the salty as hell French fries.........
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I order 2 meals today. A #7 combo with large fries. It was $21 and only had 3 rib bones with very little meat. The other was a pull pork kids meal with okra. Instead of okra (which I was CRAVING), I got an order of fries instead. I was disappointed that I didn't get the okra, but the fries didn't disappoint. I actually think the kids meal had more food than the regular combo meal. My bf ate his b4 I could take a photo. This was so much food, I couldn't even finish it. (I can only eat very small amounts). It would of definitely been a 5☆ if my order was done correctly and if there was more rib meat. This is ONLY my 2nd time eating this, 1st time was in March at an airport in Texas and this one today. It was a online pickup order. Next time I'll make sure it's correct b4 I leave the parking lot. I will definitely return tho.

After missing out last week in Goodyear, I made the mistake of trying this location. The woman working was apologetic and kind but can't make up for the owners neglect. Again, I can't wait to see Dickey's go out of business. I wish I could be there when the owners house is foreclosed and cars a repo'd. 1:30pm. No ribs. The pop machine is broken. Sweet Tea isn't sweet. Tables and the floor are dirty. 1 person working. No wonder there is no one here. Plenty of business to be had and money to make, but if you won't staff and run a business properly , I don't feel bad when they fail. Next time I'm craving BBQ, I'll hit up Rudy's or Eric's Family BBQ. Side note: now I know why Rudy's gets ALL the BBQ catering business.

Asked for tea and it took them 5 minutes just to get a new barrel out there and no one was in the place. When I did get my tea it tasted like it hadn’t even been cleaned at all before. 20 minutes in and we didn’t even get our food, they said they had online orders to do. You’re supposed to do people in doors first right? So we got a refund and hit the road. If you’re wanting Dickey’s go to the one in Surprise, it’s waaay better.

Mom, Brother and I were there about 30 minutes. We're the only people in the store and they've been open for 2 hours already.

We're waiting 30 minutes for our food, the sweet tea is dirty as hell and seems to be left over from yesterday. There's no Powerade either in the fountain and the whole soda fountain as a whole just tastes dirty as well.

The 3 lady's back in the kitchen were kinda short with us, not outright disrespectful but they clearly didn't give a damn bout us.

1 star, definitely don't go here. It's not worth wasting both time and money.

We placed a delivery order, a 2 meat plate and the 2 little ribs were over cooked and dry. I asked for pecan pie and got a cookie. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.
