“Very impressed with their customer service! We ordered delivery and had a pizza come with pineapple instead of pepperoni, quite a different topping and not something easy to just suck it up and eat. I called the store and they fixed it and re-sent the proper pizza! Very relieved! Food was prompt and tasty!“
“Buffalo chicken pizza came without buffalo, 5 pieces of chicken and not even cut all the way thru. Cheesy bread was very lack luster and wings were pitiful. Didn’t get to reach out to the store or take pictures before everyone dug in but wish I had a chance. Doubt I’ll ever order here again, hopefully the driver got all of his 20% tip.
Edit: I got store credit everything was better than before. The girl on the phone was understanding.“
