It took 20 min. to get through the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me & 4 employees working. My loaded hashbrowns were laughable. Only 2 of them at the top of the cup had a tiny bit of queso cheese & bacon bits on them, the rest were just plain hashbrowns. My pumpkin chai was made with coffee (happens consistently at this location). The label on my cup was correct & clearly says CHAI. I think that they just throw all the stupid & incompetent employees at this location cuz service is so slow & orders are wrong the majority of the time.

This dunkin' also makes great coffee. Literally everytime. But they are slow even with online ordering. If I don't have 15-20 mins, I can't stop here before work in the early am.

11am on a December Saturday and no sprinkle donuts, no Boston cream donuts, and when we ask if another batch will be ready in the afternoon we get told “there’s literally only me an another girl here right now so it’s gonna be a while before anything new gets made” so we clarify, “yes we can come back later if you can confirm another batch will be made” and we get a snarky “prolly not”
You’re LITERALLY a donut place with no donuts to offer for the rest of the day, and you have the nerve to give the customer attitude?! Make it make sense, this isn’t the first time it’s happened either. So disappointing. Plan better. Do better. Everyone wants California’s minimum wage in AZ and they can’t even get DONUTS right …

I tried to give this place a chance but have repeatedly had bad experiences here. One morning I literally waited 30 minutes for a plain hot coffee. They were busy so I was nice and checked in on my order twice. Fast forward to my drive through experience. I forgot to add my egg bites to my coffee order so since no one was behind me I waited and asked to add it. When I got to the window the guy rudely said I can't do that because "it makes wait times crazy" There was literally no one behind me and wouldn't have waited if there was. It was petty to me.When I tried to give service feedback the qr code on the window it doesn't recognize the restraunt code on the window. When I did get my order my coffee order it clearly had sugar in it when I asked for sugar free sweetner. Another time the same guy charged me for the wrong order then lied about it saying the order payment didn't go through. I watched as he called a girl I'm assuming was shift supervisor to fix something
She let it slip that I was charged for the wrong order and asked for my card again. I'm not wasting my time or money there again. I'll drive to another Dunkin location.

It took forever to get my turn to order but don’t mind the wait. I asked the dude upfront for very little ice because they love to pack it with ice which I am not a fan of. It even said it on the order and why is it 75percent of my cup has ice. I understand mistakes happen but like come on man. How hard is it to mess up ice.

I’ve been here twice in the last 6 months. Drive thru both times. After the first time, I told
Myself never again because I was in line for 30 minutes and the drive thru location is terribly planned. The second time I was in line for 45 minutes. Multiple people left the line and other argued to be let out but could t because they were stuck in the middle. If you can’t keep up due to short staff, shut down the drive thru and be responsible!

The two women who work here had the most ugliest attitudes my niece was scared to ask for sugar! It was early in the morning I get it but the customer service is terrible. I would never come here again.

My husband and I went to this location for the very first time and the experience was not what we expected. The young employee that took our order made a mistake and disappear. The dinning room tables and seats were dirty. We had to wait a long time to get our order. When we try to speak to someone about our order being wrong the person that came wouldn’t even speak, his voice was so low we couldn’t hear or understand what he was saying. When we arrived home we noticed the food was burnt and sloppy and tasted extremely nasty.
