Updated Review 10/3/24: I was able to reach out to the Dutch Bros support team and they were wonderful in resolving my concern.

Knew Sunday morning was going to be busy so I used the order ahead feature in the app to save time. When I got to the walk up window the line was long and I have to join that like despite I already ordered. Took me nearly 30min to get out of there which defeats the whole purpose of pickup. There should be a dedicated line for pickup people.

I don’t normally post reviews but I am a firm believer good work should be rewarded. I was in today and every single staff member was so friendly. The ladies got my drinks made up super fast! Loni was talking to me through the window and her service and friendliness to me as a consumer was super refreshing! Sometimes some of us customers aren’t ready for the ENERGY Dutch brings us in the morning, but this experience today was exceptional and the vibe was fantastic. I highly recommend this location ❤️

i am mortified after my last visit i usually never leave reviews but i think this time deserved it. i visited the drive thru on monday february 24th at 11:10am and they forgot to take my order and skipped to the car behind me which is totally fine! i understand mistakes happen so i pulled forward to the window to not hold up their line and told the woman at the window who i assume was a shift lead/manager that they had skipped me and then that girl caught attitude with me like it was my fault??? and then proceeded to yell and verbally abuse her co workers in front of me, i felt so bad for the employees and i never once received a sorry in this whole situation. anyway i wish i had gotten her name to report her but i was so scared at that point 😭but anyway she was a bigger girl with a darker skin complexion who should definitely not be in any position of management with those anger issues.

Every time I order a rebel they don’t fill it up all the way. If I’m paying $6 for a drink I should get it filled to the top and it never is.

Don't offer order ahead if we still have to wait 30 minutes after the order ready time. And don't offer order ahead if the broistas can't even get the order right. I'm not sure how hard it is to get 3 drinks correct. My husband got down to get the order at the window and was given 5 drinks. Only one drink was correct. 2 of the wrong orders were a medium hot chocolate and a large. They gave us 2 kid drinks after waiting 10 more minutes. The "shift lead" closed the windows on him. I had to get down just to get the orders correct. I asked for the manager and was told you all don't have one so I had to talk to the 15 year old looking shift lead working 11/15 at about 730pm. Not one apology for their mistakes and only dirty looks and attitudes is all we got! The people waiting for their drinks were complaining as well. I think we will stick with Starbucks!
