Horrific wait times with no movement in the line for half an hour. On top of that, the quality has been dropping of the drinks. I dont know if it was a different mix or ingredients, but my drink seemed almost cuddled

Usually love going to Dutch near my home, today I came across this Dutch and was not pleased with my experience. Would usually never write a review but I feel like Dutch bros prides themselves with amazing customer service and every other location I've been to has upheld that. This location however didn't. The young man taking my order was lovely but both of the women at the window seemed bothered and annoyed. My drink did not taste right and when I asked for it to be remade, the blonde woman in a black shirt working seemed very irritated by my request. All the other stores I've been to never have a problem remaking it. Considering it's an 8 dollar drink, I think it's fine if I want it to taste right. I was a barista so I'm empathetic but maybe Dutch just isn't the place for her.

I absolutely love this location :) I’m a regular and love how we feel like friends and family with my regular people that I see. This morning I went with my daughter and Hayley was asking what my daughter’s favorite part of summer was. She sees us a lot and it always melts my heart seeing the workers getting to know my family and check in with us when we visit. Then Melissa came out singing with my two drinks I got :) I got a large iced wallaby with extra shot and a surprise green tea. They are the best and that’s why we are regulars.

We don't have a local Dutch bros where we live, so any chance we get, we are stopping! Had some great drinks today! The young lady who took my order gave me an excellent recommendation that I loved! The drinks are quality. The only drawback is no inside dining, so you just order outside and limited seating.

i went to this location for the first time ever & ava helped me find the most delicious drink ever the white zombie breve with light carmel drizzle. she was so helpful & had the most amazing energy. she asked me how i was & that meant a lot to me because most people do not. she was really spectacular at her job! i would come back just to see her but the yummy drinks are just the plus to the experience she gave me. she is a positive light to this world

i've gone to this dutch multiple times and i'm constantly meet with the worst service, workers are sitting there talking with friends, workers inside are standing around while they multiple people outside waiting, and drink always come out basically melted. i waited 15 minutes for a mobile order, it's honestly unacceptable.
Disappointed to say the least, the customer service needs to be worked on. Workers were sitting at the counter talking to their friends, while they still had people in line waiting to order, I think the workers name was Fay. Even after I ordered I had to wait for over 15 minutes for a drink while workers were just standing around talking.

Lately its been really hot. I understand not wanting to be outside for long periods of time like the dutch bro employees usually are but they aren't coming out at all to take any orders because of extreme heat. I don't understand why one of them can't come out and take a couple orders of the people in the front of the line to keep the line from being almost an hour long! This is ridiculous.
