Honestly ..I was really hoping to give a better rating but I just cannot. The Positive: the entire resturant including the restrooms, dinning area and kitchen are spotless. Its a family business. The staff were friendly but not overly inviting. The food was freshly prepared. The Negative: After telling the staff it was my first time they didnt make any suggestions. The food is VERY VERY over priced. SAME meal at Petes is almost 7 dollars cheaper and tasted 10xs better. I ordered the 2 piece fish 4 shrimp combo and it was very mid. No salt on anything, the fish patties were soo dry. I will not be back.

You would never know that is restaurant is super old because it looks and smell super clean!!

More breading than anything if you open up the fried shrimp it's a small shrimp cut in half , Fish was decent. Zucchini same thing as Shrimp didn't spend much money 32 only but c'mon why so much bread . Will not return.

My mom is disabled and so has a service animal. We tried to have lunch here today and were told dogs are not allowed. The hostess was rude and illinformed about ADA laws. I've eaten here before and and food was good but ecause of this we will not be coming back.

Still my favorite for 35 years! I live in another part of the Valley but I use any excuse to eat at Ed's. (Stopped in today and ordered my usual. Same paintings on the wall since 1985--and same delicious fish sandwich with shrimp and chips I've had for nearly 40 years! It's an institution!)
