Fired Pie

Came in for a late lunch, about 2pm. Not busy at all, yet service beyond slow. Ordered pizza asked for garlic and oil base, received oil only. Ordered a salad, asked for fresh lettuce because it was brown. Was told it was all like that and they couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointing visit.

This location sucks so bad by far the worst location out of all of them none of the employees care about doing their job or about how good they make your order if you try to call in and order

Just avoid this place completely. They do not care. I had a big issue with my order and they just shrugged their shoulders and essentially told me to deal with it.

I sometimes come here when I'm in the area visiting family, but tonight was the last time I'll bother. Placed an order online because they are almost always understaffed, and the website had no issues taking my money. Arrive 45 minutes later to pick up, and apparently they are out of one of the things I ordered. No call, no text, no respect for me as a customer. Had they told me they couldn't complete my order I would have gone somewhere else that could, since I had to end up making another stop just to feed one of my family. Got a mushroom pizza for another family member and across the whole poorly shaped and small pizza it had 8 thin and small slices of mushrooms.

I asked for a refund because I shouldn't have to pay for food I didn't get, but they just told me to call corporate. Called corporate and after finally getting through, I got a refund for the item but honestly I expect the entire charge to be refunded because of the waste of my time and the terrible pizza they made.

I'm extremely disappointed. I've been to several Fired Pie's, the Avondale location by far is the worst! I'm not sure if the lady making the pizza was having a bad day or this is business as usual. My pizza was the Mediterranean. It hardly had any toppings on it and was inconsistent. No care was put into making it. I asked her to put a few more toppings on the gaps, but she said that's the way it's made. It's a shame.

**TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**

SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH THE TWO GIRLS WORKING AT 2:00PM OCT. 23RD 2025 ABOUT PRIORITIZING MAKING ORDERS VERSUS FLIRTING WITH SOME DUDE AT THE COUNTER. ORDER A SIMPLE CHEESE AND SAUCE PIZZA 25 MIN AGO AND THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT… TOLD ME 10/15 MIN OVER THE PHONE BUT AGAIN I GUESS FLIRTING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MAKING THE ORDERS… USED TO LOVE THIS LOCATION BUT I WILL NOT BE RETURNING..

There were maybe 2 people ahead of us. Got to the front of the line to order. We weren’t even acknowledged by anyone. Stood there for over 15 minutes….mind you there were atleast 4 workers and 2 did not appear busy. Walked out. Place was dirty as well. No bathrooms ?

I had placed an UberEats order and based on previous experience with ordering from this establishment, I know they do NOT sticker/seal their boxes. It makes be a bit worried not having my food having some sort of protection so I had called and asked them to put some tape on the box; totally expecting just one piece of tape to mind the gap together.

However, when I received my order the kind girl had taped up my whole box for me. She went above and beyond! I truly appreciated it and it made my day.

First time visiting this location, and my wife and I were excited to buy some dough for a fun little pizza creation at home. We didn’t feel like making fresh dough and waiting for it to rise, so we thought we’d save time by purchasing it here. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t sell us any dough, which was really disappointing. We were just trying to have a fun, low-key night, and it felt like a missed opportunity.

I’ve been to the Avondale location a couple times and the temperature in there is unbearable! The employees customer service is great however it’s sad seeing them work in such a hot place. I can’t believe management is so careless, that they allow this location to be operating in its current condition!

The air conditioning is out in the Avondale, AZ. It has to be at least 95 degrees. It is unsafe for the team members as well as customers. Leaders fix this. It's unbearable..Team members and customers are sweating. It is unsafe.

I came in Sunday 06/29 The staff was super kind. I just wanted to enjoy some pizza when I noticed how extremely hot it was and it made it hard to enjoy my experience when im just sitting at my table sweating.
