Fired Pie

First time visiting this location, and my wife and I were excited to buy some dough for a fun little pizza creation at home. We didn’t feel like making fresh dough and waiting for it to rise, so we thought we’d save time by purchasing it here. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t sell us any dough, which was really disappointing. We were just trying to have a fun, low-key night, and it felt like a missed opportunity.

I’ve been to the Avondale location a couple times and the temperature in there is unbearable! The employees customer service is great however it’s sad seeing them work in such a hot place. I can’t believe management is so careless, that they allow this location to be operating in its current condition!

The air conditioning is out in the Avondale, AZ. It has to be at least 95 degrees. It is unsafe for the team members as well as customers. Leaders fix this. It's unbearable..Team members and customers are sweating. It is unsafe.

I came in Sunday 06/29 The staff was super kind. I just wanted to enjoy some pizza when I noticed how extremely hot it was and it made it hard to enjoy my experience when im just sitting at my table sweating.

My wife and I come to the Fired Pie location here in Avondale very frequently. We love the pizza and the amazing customer service. The employees are always so kind and helpful. However, it's getting to a point where we are not sure how much longer we will be able to.come without a viable application where you can earn rewards. Fired Pie is one of the only restaurants out there that does not have an app to earn rewards. Fired Pie needs to get with the times or they are going to lose customers.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Fired Pie in Avondale. I waited in line with my family for over 10 minutes, and no one even acknowledged me. There weren't any other customers being helped, and I never got any assistance. It's frustrating to be completely ignored like that. I ended up going next door to the sandwich place, and they helped me right away. I won't be coming back to Fired Pie.

I have eaten here many times no issues. I ate there yesterday and got a bad case of food poisoning. Crust wasn't cooked all the way through. I know I shouldn't have eaten it but wasn't thinking and only had an hour lunch break. Good food but make sure it's cooked all the way

My family and I stopped in after my son’s flag football game. Pizza was as expected and really good but the reason for the review is the absolute stand out customer service from the young man assisting us. If I spell his name wrong I apologize, but Tristen completely made the experience 5 stars and went above and beyond. Very few times anymore can you go out to eat and someone makes the experience but he was so personable and he needs to be recognized. Thank you 😊
