Fired Pie

I was just there. They said they have a catering order so it will be 30 minutes before they can take my order. We'll there were at least 5 people working. I saw most of the order in boxes. Never had service so bad. I think they were panicked. Were was the manager.

I ordered a fired pookie an hour ahead and when I went to pick it up that said they didn’t make it and the guy who checked offered to make it again but their manager did not let him she asked for a confirmation number of my order after they had admitted to receiving my order but not making it , I had previously had a similar situation where they made my pizza wrong twice and I waisted all my lunch after ordering it ahead of time it’s horrible it’s not like if they are super busy to the point where they cannot keep up with orders or if I were trying to get a free fired pookie…..

They got my elote pie right! Very big dining area, very chill.

Terrible service & atmosphere, disgruntled girl during lunch told us we couldn’t choose our own toppings for the lunch special and that we had to order a pre-made pizza, so we left. Don’t recommend , can’t customize here.

Always love my food from here, usually pizza but once in a while a salad. I love that the price doesn't change with the addition of toppings and I am always able to create the perfect combo! Staff is always super friendly.

I came in to FP, there was a there were a few people ahead of me in line who were each ordering multiple customized pizzas, so the wait time was kind of long, especially with only 3 people working. Finally placed my order, paid and was told to have a seat and they would bring out my pizza. 15 minutes go by, and I start seeing people who came in after me receiving their food, and I hadn’t gotten mine yet. I go up and ask at the front counter what was the status of my 1 pizza and mysteriously no one can find it. They’re scrambling everybody looking around and nobody knows what was going on. They said they could make me another one, but by now more people had arrived and I didn’t feel like waiting longer. I had now been there 30 minutes for something that should’ve been no more than 15 total. I asked for a refund because I had to get going. I don’t understand what happened in that period of time. Anyway, I did receive a “sorry about that” but it was obvious that they really didn’t care. Just a big waste of my time. I won’t be coming back.

06/14 6:30pm the short girl needs serious help. I ordered two pizzas via online she hands me one pizza as the other seems to disappeared. She told me to wait for a fresh one. Literally as the pizza is done she goes and chit chats with her coworker and comes back & magically pulls out a pizza from the pizza warmer. *Girl open your damn eyes next time* ridiculous updating the review cause I came home and both pizzas were made wrong

First time customer, we ordered pick up, a cauliflower crust and a dough crust. Both were very good! Perfect size for a man meal so my boyfriend says lol and enough for myself to have a little left over for lunch! Delicious snd reasonable pricing! Highly recommend ☺️
