Hungry Howie's Pizza

Great guy and he was doing EVERYTHING ALL BY HIS SELF, smh craziness. And they are closing stores everywhere????

Wrong order

Came here on 7/8/2025 at about 9:05 p.m… the guy was working by himself, which I can understand how that can be frustrating but he snatched the money out of my hand & also threw my change in my hand to the point that it went flying everywhere… I just went ahead & dropped the rest of the change RUDLY on the counter for his tip!! He was very unprofessional & it’s VERY unprofessional for Hungry Howies to put sooo much pressure on one person which definitely can cause extra frustration or even an altercation! If you have one worker, just close for the evening because that’s truly unfair to him & it’s also unfair to us as the customer. I’ve been a customer at Hungry Howies since a child & this was my first bad experience, I’m 30 now. Let’s get this together before I have to switch teams. Thank you!!

Someone hacked my account, called about 5 mins after they got there using my rewards. Camera system doesn't work at this location. Who runs a business without working cameras???

If I could give zero stars I would. Both my pizzas and breadsticks were not cut. Not sure how You guys expect me to eat a pizza slice with no slices.

EVERY SINGLE TIME that I attempt ordering from this location because my Fiance likes it, I realize why I don’t. I order LITE sauce, and every time it’s like a gallon of pizza sauce has been dumped on my pizza or the crust is burnt like it’s just been in hell. Ruins the whole thing. Just won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Made a quit pit stop after work, Jordan was very helpful! He was really kind and very patient with me (first time being here)! Pizza came out in great time, Thanks again Jordan! :)

The past two times we have ordered from Hungry Howies our order has been wrong. Thought after the first time we would try again due to the distance from our house. But sadly we were disappointed again. To spend so much money for delivery and get poor quality food is so frustrating. I asked for half cheese on both pizzas and half pepperoni. Both pizza were covered in two types of pepperonis. The pizza was also doughy and appeared undercooked. Seems minuscule of an issue to complain about but so frustrating since this was our go to pizza place.

Just drove in from Amarillo TX, excited to see a Hungry Howie's, ordered online, food delivered, Italian Sub, asked for sub sauce,lettuce and tomato on side, and deep dish Howie's Hawaiian, Arrived quick, no sub sauce, lettuce or tomatoes...
Called, a young lady got on the phone, informed me that those are complimentary, and they are out of all 3, 😔.

I ordered Hungry Howard online. My order arrive late with everything purchased(no sauce for my bread sticks and no 2 liter of Starry)
I called and told them about the starry but Jordan was very “not want to be there” attitude. He said “do you want a refund ‘cause I can’t send another driver out”
I opened my pizza box and it looks like whoever make it took a handful of ingredients and just put them in one location, threw it in the oven and said f’it I’ll only cut some of it. Last time customer, I’d get better service and care at 7/11. 🫤

Jordan .B was a really kind, laid back dude. He made my pizza excellent as well and provided excellent service on top of making sure I had purchased everything I wanted and needed.

Good pizza. Really enjoyed the different crust options. Good daily specials.
