Hungry Howie's Pizza

Went to pick up an order and employees act like I'm not there. They kept working on other pizzas while avoiding eye contact with me. Witnessed a girl scratch her head then immediately place her hands into the cheese WITH NO GLOVES.

Let me start with I have never had issues with this location before tonight. The pizza I ordered was more then wrong it was under cooked when I asked for well done, cheese wasn’t even fully melted, they didn’t put the Cajun seasoning on the crust, and my toppings were wrong. And when I went back in to have it fixed the rude girl just rolled her eyes and said nothing I can do about it. I will be calling corporate to complain don’t know why because I doubt anything will be done.

The pizza is good, the workers are nice but why lie online and say my pizza is done when it’s not. Then make me wait 45+ minutes for some pizza that should be already done. Such a huge waste of time for what? Honestly just say the damn pizza isn’t done next time so I can pull up when it actually is done and not waste any time

I have extremely mixed reviews about this location.. this visit, the pizza was a bit undercooked, and the Cajun bread was overcooked. They also had no subs available because they were out of dough. The last visit here, the food was amazing, minus the salad. I wouldn't get a salad there again. Hopefully, the next visit is better!

I ordered two pizza that were part raw. The dough and crust had no rise. Its was so flat. Cheese wasn’t even melted enough. To drive there through traffic n they get home w hungry kids. This is wrong. You shouldn’t be serving your customers raw food.

I'm usually a regular getting Hungry Howies once a week or every other week. The pizza is usually great but not anymore. Now, for the past 3 times I've ordered, my pizza has been butchered as the quality drops after every order. Today, my pizza wasn't even cut, after I asked for it to be recut, the staff incorrectly cut my pizza on purpose. Cheese is falling off due to too much sauce being applied. After 3 years straight of coming here, I just can't anymore. Paying money for pizza you enjoy only to be ruined every time now more than ever. I'll opt out from this place for now.

TWO times in a row ordering online and they mess up each time. First the dough was part raw and now extra cheese was not even a regular amount cheese. When will this be fully autonomous or your people be competent and consistent?

Great pizza. Have always been a fan of Hungry Howies and their flavored crust. They’re always fast and it’s always hot when we get it. Hopefully a location comes to Tolleson so we don’t have to go so far, but for now this place will definitely do.

I recently ordered some pizza's, wings, and a "bowl" from this location. Everything arrived approximately an hour and a half later than quoted when ordered, and it looked like it had been dropped, the "bowl" which was supposed to me their "all the meats" or "meat lovers" equivalent had zero meat in it, just cheese and sauce...and I ordered it with reduced sauce. I reached out via the survey I received and was told someone would contact me. Weeks have passed with no contact whatsoever.

$85 down the drain. It's a shame, they are the closest place to home and I've ordered many times before, but now I'll look elsewhere.

She efficiently managed our order of approximately 700 items, ensuring that the pizzas, wings, and cookies were excellent. Sydney went above and beyond to ensure the success of our event.
