Hungry Howie's Pizza

The reason for this low review is the antipasto salad was good but the deep dish pizza was burnt and the Howie breads were hard and also burnt! We know that Friday nights can be busy but we ordered this at 5:00 p.m. My husband picked it up at 6:45 drove home and it was very hard to eat the pizza and the bread.... We won't be ordering from there again! 🥴🫣

Went there on a Friday around 3 and they Were completely out of stuffed crust pizza dough.......that's not good for a Friday that wasn't even the rush yet........

Ordered veggie and added chicken. I used to love this place. Worse pizza I had in awhile. Wasn't cooked all the way. No flavor.. gross and a waste of $$$$

The food here is always delicious but the orders are constantly made wrong, which is extremely frustrating because I travel a long distance to pick up my order and don't want to wait even longer to have everything remade. Don't know what the problem is but really needs to be corrected! Also this has happened every single time I've ordered from them and not once have we received an apology or even a discount for their mistake which is pretty poor customer service and satisfaction! Incidentally, I can accept that my food or my order may not be perfect every time but when customer service is bad or indifferent that's unacceptable and you will lose my business no matter how much I love your food!

Easy access to parking, very good pizza, was ready when they said it would be. Friendly employees, clean parking lot, and clean cooking environment.

I order a the works pizza and the 3 cheese garlic bread through door dash. I ordered the pizza without the black olives, but recieved a lot of them. I also never recieved the pizza sauce that comes with the 3 cheese bread. Will not be ordering from here again.

Wrong order

Came here on 7/8/2025 at about 9:05 p.m… the guy was working by himself, which I can understand how that can be frustrating but he snatched the money out of my hand & also threw my change in my hand to the point that it went flying everywhere… I just went ahead & dropped the rest of the change RUDLY on the counter for his tip!! He was very unprofessional & it’s VERY unprofessional for Hungry Howies to put sooo much pressure on one person which definitely can cause extra frustration or even an altercation! If you have one worker, just close for the evening because that’s truly unfair to him & it’s also unfair to us as the customer. I’ve been a customer at Hungry Howies since a child & this was my first bad experience, I’m 30 now. Let’s get this together before I have to switch teams. Thank you!!

Someone hacked my account, called about 5 mins after they got there using my rewards. Camera system doesn't work at this location. Who runs a business without working cameras???

If I could give zero stars I would. Both my pizzas and breadsticks were not cut. Not sure how You guys expect me to eat a pizza slice with no slices.
