This place was okay…. I do want to say it’s not fair only 1 guy working at dinner time.. Smh when I went he was the one to ring us up and make our food. Not sure what was the case but it’s not fair . He needs help. He was very sweet and committed to completing the $90.00 order however right after he received 2 more , I’m not sure the price or amount of items . But he did it. Good for him. Can’t remember his name but he knows he worked on 02/12/24 dinner time .! He did offer to make stuffed crust with regular mozzarella cheese cause there was no more string cheese. However unfortunately it was enough cheese inside which cause the pizza to kinda get too toasted. I understand thou. Just get him some help for next time I come lol .

Must try. This place has the best pizza I have ever eaten. I'm a Texan that travels a lot for work, and this is by far the best pizza I have tried. This is Dave Portnoy 9.0 scale pizza. Seriously.

My Pizzas were clearly dropped and no icing was included on the cinnamon sticks. I called immediately. Got hung up on 3x. One time was after I walked into the store to get what I paid for because I drove up there after being on hold for 20 min. SINGULAR employee was as nice as possible considering he was the only person scheduled. COME ON!!! I worked at a pizza joint when I was younger. There is zero chance a single employee can make pizzas, man the oven, answer the phone and input orders during dinner time. This is an absolute utter failure of management. What do you expect 1 person to do there?????

My work ordered from here and got the address wrong they said so our pizza didn’t come until 3 hours later. I had a slice of “The Works” and the topping were decent but the middle was soggy and thin. You pick up the pizza and all the topping slide right off. The sauce was bland and the pizza was not fresh. Probably won’t order from here personally. Frozen pizza would be a better option.

Worst ever, fire the girl with the nose ring! All I ask is for Cajun in my sandwich like I have for many years I even worked at one when I was younger. They wouldn't do it not even on the side. I bought $60 worth of food and you couldn't just add it on stupid idiots!.
Heads up to EBT users, even though they state they accept ebt/snap benefits it only applies to cash benefits not food, but dont ask them about it since they have no understanding of how that works anyways. Add injury to insult their "subs" are basically just a calzone and don't even remotely resemble a sub like they have pictured on their website. They only give you a option to have lettuce and tomatoes on the side or not at all. Even after requesting it on the side it was not provided at all. The only redeeming thing they have going for them is the pizza is good and the garlic herb stuffed crust is delicious. Now I know only to get the pizza and that I can't use EBT.

I placed order online for delivery after a hour of waiting I called and found out deliver is thru DoorDash so we all can guess what happened. They offered to replace my food this time I picked it up myself. Once I got home I opened my wing box y’all the wings was uncooked and literally still cold like frozen I didn’t eat not one bite very disappointed

Not sure what the disconnect is between the ordering call center and this location but it was a terrible experience. Ordered pickup on the phone and was told 20 minutes. Came 40 minutes later and they said they haven't even started and that they were hours behind on pizza orders. Cashier instantly asked if I wanted a refund as a first option. First off, I didn't drive out of my way just for a refund. I wanted pizza. There were a ton of irritated waiting customers inside. Some just yelled "I'd like a refund." At that point, I just said to cancel, I haven't paid and left. The employee seemed lost and just didn't know how to handle the situation. This location clearly needs some work and is poorly run. Send help and training. And figure out how to get the call center and location on the same page. Ended up going to another location.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, the 73' Classic (pepperoni) and the Howie 5-0. The pepperoni one was good, but the Howie 5-0 was a hot mess. Ignoring the fact that the pizza was crushed into one side of the box, it was like slop. You couldn't even pick the slices up because they were so wet. It's like they had put the pineapples on, then pouted all the Pineapple juice from the can onto the pizza. The flavor was also not very good. It was way too sweet, and had almost a teriyaki flavor to it. I definitely don't recommend the Howie 5-0. I ate one slice and the rest went in the trash. Not a good first experience trying Hungry Howies.
