I have been waiting for an ordinary burger combo and the wait is over 35 minutes. This is ridiculous at this point and the worker when I asked how much longer acted like I was bothering him. The food is definitely not this good to be waiting this long for a combo meal. This experience made me decide not to come back here again! 11/15/2025 this was take out. I understand that this place is busy but the staff person I encountered was not polite at all.

Love this place... only issue with this specific location is the line that trails on the road backing up sometimes all the way to the 10. But the line does move very quickly unless people pretend to leave the lot and cut in line.

Can you really go wrong with In N Out? Always great!
This spot is great! In-N-Out's are always busy, and this is no exception. Food has a very reasonable cook time, especially for bigger parties. I love the feel here, we sat outside, and it was great. Definitely coming back when in the area!

Excellent customer service and the food is pretty good. If they cooked their fries in beef tallow instead of sunflower oil they would be 5 stars.
It’s a public nuisance and causes traffic and traffic jams on the freeway because it’s right on the exit
