Jack In The Box

First impression, coming in a little bit dirty, no people. It took them a while to greet us until i raised my voice Is somebody gonna help us, or do we have to order tru the kiosk.The order took about 10 - 15 mins there was 3 ladies and one young man working, the young man, seeing like he wasn't doing much besides playing with this hair, his face and handling food disgusting, I had them remake my cheeseburger after he opened it up and put his nasty fingers through it. And I don't even know if they honestly remade it. The lady handed it back to her and it seemed like she just pushed it over. So I couldn't see it, but I was standing there, watching them, and then we got the food finally, with no flavor whatsoever. Everything was bland no salt on the cheeseburger. The tacos were soggy. The sodas were flat, I said no. Whipped cream on my shake all around just disappointing, would never come here again. And we were just passing by anyways.

Are you kidding me? 20 min for 6 tacos? Shameful

I want to share a great experience of customer service today at this location. I like to thank the Manager by name of “Rose M” I walked into the door in right away she took my order with so much pride of customer service. She was very nice and fast moving with her job. We all know customer service is not easy found at places, but I found great service here. Thank “ Manager Rose M” I highly recommend everyone to come here.

I would eat breakfast here every day if there was ever a single soul at the counter to take my order. This is the 3rd day in a row that I've been ignored by the staff. So i'm gonna go ahead and ignore you as a place to get breakfast every day.

Hey this is the old Jack in the box I remember. They're not as prominent in my hometown area but the food is fresh and good. In my opinion, Jack in the box is on point for fast food.

Lead or manager working the overnight shift of Friday 13th - Saturday 14 does not like being here. Throws my food in my bag and doesn’t even charge me for my completey wrong food .

I had a great experience with this Jack in the Box, although when I went to go order, they didn't give me the food I exactly ordered, so I told them about the mistake they made and they were able to take care of it without having an attitude when asking them about their mistake.

Slow as hell. No sense of urgency ALWAYS mess up my order!

Ordered food on the app from JITB parking lot… had been craving a jumbo jack & regular curly fries & the app had a promo offer for free jumbo jack with order of regular or large fries so I got excited & placed my order. Now I don’t have the luxury of eating out much anymore, can’t afford $10-$15 fast food burgers these days….with that being said, this was a special occasion that ended up in disappointment. At first when I peeked in the bag, I thought my order was incorrect because at first glance I seen regular fries sticking out of my fry box ( there were 12 regular fries in my fry box…which would not have been as upsetting as the fact that the temp of the food was barely above room temperature..it was evident that the food was fresh & of the curly fries I got, majority were very small. Jumbo jack was not fresh & barely warm. And there was not one napkin in the bag…I could have let it go except that I got sauce in multiple areas of my shirt, each stain is a reminder of my failed to satisfy & ultimately disappointing dinner.
