Bad service all three times I went. It doesn't matter what you order, they will tell you to park and make you wait 30 minutes, I waited 32 for a medium fries and a shake!!! Customers beware.
With EVERY person that took the drive through they got sent out to the parking lot, other customers in the car next door complained of not proper order either.

Stopped at this location for lunch since the nearby In and Out was swamped. Apparently I made the wrong choice since it took almost 30 minutes after placing our order at the drive through before receiving the food. Got to watch other orders get taken out to cars that arrived after we did, and even after going inside and telling them what I had ordered, they still tried to bring me the wrong order. By the time we got our order, the burger was dry and not hot anymore and the fries had started to go soggy. This location is definitely unorganized and undermanned to deal with normal day to day operations. If they can't get food out in the same order as it's places, then maybe stop telling people to park in front and wait while taking on more orders. Definitely don't expect to visit this location again.

It took a while to take oeder coffee was lukewarm long time to receive order it was also not good it was not done right the food was not good. After we left, I got very sick & started throwing up & sick to my stomach

This place is the absolute worst.
Every time I've been here, we have to wait 30+ minutes. Today was really the last straw, had me waiting at the drive thru just to be told to come straight to the window. Ordered there, then got sent to the parking lot to wait again. And got all of our good WRONG. And must I even say anything about this damn taco? never coming back

15 minutes in a drive-through at the screen two cars in the parking lot one ahead of us, 15 minutes to take our order another 30 to get our food which was cold?!

So sick of coming here and them telling me to park in the front to wait for my food just to cheat the wait time system. I was the only car and I was on my 30 minute lunch break wasted it waiting for my food smh annoying

Made me pull around front to wait for my food and when it came, the hash brown was soggy and barely warm, the biscoff donut holes were slimey and almost frozen, the French toast sticks were smashed, they forgot the syrup for the French toast sticks.

My husband paid for the #24 which has the Supreme Breakfast sandwich, and I got the meat lover's burrito meal. The sandwich was missing the bacon and both of the hashbrowns were cold. At least the sodas were good and the table we day at was clean.

I have been here multiple times and not only is the wait always 30+ minutes but my order is ALWAYS wrong. Even when I go back in to get it fixed they get it wrong the second time! It genuinely feels like they mess up on purpose.

I ordered a munchie meal, 4 orders of the 2 for $.99 tacos and an oreo shake on 1/13/25 around midnight and they were super nice, verified that it was more order from the app and brought me the most perfect fast food I've seen. Damn near commercial kinda quality. Whatever ladies were working at that time need a raise asap. I almost wanna go back for more just because.

Everytime I go to this location, it takes forever and it seems like the crew is in slow motion! This time, my tacos came without lettuce, it's like they don't care!! I also will say, EVERY REVIEW FOR THIS LOCATION IS BAD!! TIME TO HIRE A NEW CREW! THIS IS A SHAME!!
