This place is disgusting I ordered food and went home to eat and hot the breakfast platter for my grandson and the French toast was hard he couldn't even bite in to it . Everything was not fresh and I order a breakfast Sandwich and gave me the wrong one .the manger there and young employee don't even care about there customers. Everyone ik who goes to this location has a problem with the service or food ... this location needs to be shut down or new management

Idk if the people here just don’t think or cat multitask but before I rested a chocolate sake and got oreo, whatever. Today my drink was forgotten and I prefer loaded tacos and got mini tacos with not a thing in them, no sauce, cheese or lettuce. This place is just horrible and wants to give attitude when going in to get the drink forgotten since there was a line in the drive thru. Don’t even realize the tacos were wrong until we got home either and wasn’t going back for a second time. And what makes this even better is they never answer the phone , not once. So just don’t go here and if you have to make sure to check everything your drinks food and even your sauces, just pathetic.

Horrible experience I was traveling with truck and that Had Small trailer Attached to it. No one was behind me they asked me if I can go to park on a waiting line number one . Because their time is very very important I told them I cannot park there because I have a trailer in the back their attitude was unbelievable they told me if I cannot park they’re not going to be able to service me they give me the money back and it left no wonder Jack-in-the-Box is closed left and right . I would definitely never stop anymore on Jack-in-the-Box restaurants
This was one of the worst breakfasts I’ve had. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and both were barely warm. The eggs were burnt and had an awful aftertaste. The large fries were extremely salty and inedible, and the side of bacon was cold—they didn’t even bother to warm it up.
Completely unacceptable. Ugly breakfast, poor quality, and zero attention to food standards. I will not be ordering breakfast here again.

Sadly the uncaring, unprofessional and highly unmotivated staff at this location is always the weakest link. Service is always without exception super needlessly sloooooooooooooooooooooooow here, food presentation delays ARE ALWAYS an issue at this location. Perhaps some non-existent pride would go far here? Food can be good, but rarely ever is it ever great.
