I'm so tired of this Jack in the box, I don't understand how hard is it to read everything that goes in the bag. Got home had to turn around go back for 3 orders of fries they forgot! And get the usual sorry! Then the French toast was nasty, threw that out, there goes wasted money!!

Not actually open 24 hours. Has not been open at all between 3:30am-4:50am on 1/23/2025. Probably not open on other days too, but this is the date I tried ordering. Don't lie about your business hours.

food was good , the worker ANTHONY , was very rude . when asked to come assist the customers at front he said loudly “ THEY CAN WAIT “ . i think that’s very rude and he should work on his customer service skills if he’s going to be working in the industry.

The past 3 times I’ve went the food has either been cold or does not have everything that it is supposed to inside of it, the people in the morning are always trying to rush and give attitude. This jack location used to be good until recently
I went in thru drive thru around 530 am they said they were only taking online orders and wouldn't take my order. There was no other cars they just denied me service. So here I go again today I ordered food and tacos were all oily, cold and soggy and my chicken sandwich had no lettuce no mayo just the chicken patty and bread and I never asked for it that way. I tried calling and no one answers the phone!!

Food came out not horrible, got the wrong drinks even after clarifying multiple times in the drive through and with the person who handed it to me... truly crappy experience and I'm done with ever going there again, not the first time but will be the last, sorry, hate leaving bad reviews, but deserved!
