I ordered a jr jumbo jacket without cheese and onions...mayo....they charged me for the cheese....and forgot to give me my nuggets i paid for....and they didn't seem to care they had screwed up so badly

I went had a mobile order. When I arrived I wanted to add a large fries but no one was at the window so I had to wait for someone they came once my order was ready to give it to me and I asked for the fries and she made me go around just for an order of fries it wasnt my fault that no one came to the windows untill they were ready to hand me my fries ridiculous!! I had to go around and wait for an extra 5min just for some French fries!!

I come here every week at least 3 to 2 times and Martha always takes my order correct super friendly and the food always looks good as well. Taste good. Respect the workers and they’ll respect you. Love this Jack.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not come here. I came here at 1am. The drive thru was backed up for 30 minutes yet I saw four people in there working. I finally get the the speaker and she tells through the speaker “Can you turn your car off, I can’t hear you”. My car is not even loud. It’s 109 degrees outside, I’m not turning my car and ac off, that’s ridiculous, especially after I waited thirty minutes. So I talk louder and she yells “you’re yelling and I can’t hear you”. I said “so you can’t hear me”, she goes “no”. Everytime I said something, she responded so you CAN hear me, you’re just upset I won’t turn my car off for you. Finally after going back and forth for 5 minutes, she takes me order. I pull to the drive window, she opens and tells me my amount, I said “where is your apple pay scanner” and she goes “if you’ll wait a second, I’ll get it”. You told me my amount due for payment, why are you having an attitude because I asked for the payment scanner?? So I said “Great thank you”, she responds with an attitude “YOURE WELCOME” and so I said again “Ok THANK YOU”. Then she said “I’m not serving you” and closed the window. So I sat there, she never came back to the window and then called the police on me and had me trespassed for 30 days. I’ll be calling corporate office!

Rude and Inconsiderate customer service. It's like they never listen to my order and it ends up being wrong half the time. God forbid you bring a coupon. Poor management.

Egg shells are always in our breakfast. Doesn't matter if we order a sandwich or burrito. We have been ordering here for over 8 years now because we live down the street and the workers don't care. We find egg shells almost every single time we want breakfast. I try to give them a break, but I'm at the point where they should exclude breakfast items. Either they are too stupid to know egg shells are being served. They don't give a shit. We don't go here for breakfast anymore

I just wanted to get a t-pain meal but instead I got told they don’t have the cookie so they can’t honor the price so he made me order the burger the fries the drink and tacos separately came out to almost 20 dollars didn’t even get my Receipt but very disappointed in how that was handled stay away from this jack in the box

Every time I order from this place, they always mess my order up. I always pay for extra stuff exercise. They never do it. They put less sauce and they’re supposed to on one taco and it’s like they do it on purpose, but I could be wrong but regardless anytime I’ll order something. They never have it right. in the front lady, always looks upset . Through the drive through . I hate this Jack-in-the-Box. I try so hard to give it a chance have a chance after church, but I’m sick of it and they never give me taco sauce, ranch or ketchup. I always have to ask them. They still forget.
