I have rarely eaten at Jack in the Box but on the few occasions that I have I have received excellent service. Today the staff at the 103rd & McDowell location were no exception. I promptly received a friendly greeting and quick service. The food was fresh. Upon leaving I was thanked for coming in. Service like this will keep customers coming back for more.

I had the Meatlovers breakfast burrito combo. It was very quiet in dinning and the bathroom had some trash on the ground. The meal was good and the hash browns were very hot and crispy.

I'm in town training for work. I had stopped at this location since it's close to my hotel. All I ordered was the $6 triple deal and an order of tacos. I was the only guy in the drive thru and they forgot my tacos 😔 I hate to be that guy. The drive through girl was really nice though!

Food was cold .the hamburger bread hard as a rock.they madame go park up front when there was no cars waiting in back of me .they do this just to make it seem like they are making the order fresh and it's all a lie.
Not sure what happened to my other review. I went before 11:45 am today for some lunch. Not sure what happened to this location, yet the service was awful, the lady had me wait before I can approach the window, I finally drove up , she seemed flustered, I guess they were understaffed. As I was driving home , I tried the fries, they were soggy and tasted awful, I should taken them back right away, I hit home and ate the burger, it was horrible, the taste and texture was way off, the sauce was water down, the veggies tasted old, the burger was cold along with the fries. Now 6 hours later I am feeling sick to my stomach. I am not going back to this place again. This location use to be my spot when I wanted Jack in a Box .

The woman at the window asked me to reverse the car and park in front of the bush until the order was ready. And then she offered me a mystery drink. I said no and ended up throwing my food away because it was very sketchy and the whole situation felt off.
