Jacky's Mexican Food

I'm a big fan of jackys, but I went in to get my taco fix,about 6pm. The young lady told me they only taking to go orders only. No one else was in the store. So inquired why only to go orders? She then began to take my order.i told her I would leave and go to the taco truck on mcdowell instead. My question is why at one store they would take To Go order's. I go here at least three times a week and never had this type of experience. I hope the owners of this establishment sees this and corrects this. Jackys has some of best tacos in the west side

TERRIBLE! I went there Saturday afternoon. The cheese enchilada was COLD and the cheese not even melted. (After I complained, they clearly microwaved it as the cheese was burned to the plate that was once cold) The bean toastada was loaded with lettuce and not much else. The meat in the corn tacos, pastor and carne, tasted old and microwaved. The hard shell chicken taco was cold and the shell seemed store bought. I have no clue how this place has the ratings it does. Maybe the salsa saves them.

On the door & even online it shows they open at 8, got there at 8:15 doors were locked. Left to dollar tree, came back by 8:30 doors still locked 😂

The menudo and pozole were delicious along with the chips with red salsa and lemonade. Friendly atmosphere, food price is fair, and laid back spot to have brunch. Kudos to our server and kitchen staff ?

I asked for overheard eggs and the s cashier put order in as easy over eggs. They charge you first and never come to check up on you after your food is out . There was only one cashier working and there was a long line so I couldn’t even tell the worker about my food order coming out wrong. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE. Bad food BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I stumbled upon Jackie's Mexican Food today, and I must say, appearances can be deceiving! Walking into the restaurant at 3:30 PM, I was greeted by the friendly chef and the girl at the counter, despite the place being as quiet as a ghost town. Their warm welcome set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.The service was prompt and efficient. My order was taken swiftly, and before I knew it, I was savoring one of the best al pastor burritos I've ever had. The flavors were exquisite, especially complemented by their delicious red salsa, which added a perfect balance to each bite.What impressed me even more was the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of this small establishment. Despite its unassuming exterior, Jackie's Mexican Food radiates a cozy charm that makes you feel right at home.I've learned not to judge a book by its cover, as Jackie's Mexican Food exceeded all expectations. I'm already looking forward to my next visit because, man, this place knows how to deliver incredible flavors and a memorable dining experience. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this hidden gem!
