I’m a regular at this Jamba location and have always had great experiences. I love the smoothies and food, and the customer service is usually excellent. However, today around 2:40 PM, I had a disappointing experience. When I asked to change my drink and add sweetener because I wasn’t satisfied with it, a young lady named Jackie responded negatively and was noticeably rude throughout the interaction. She did charge me for honey, which I was fine with, but her attitude was unwelcoming. Thankfully, another team member named Makayla stepped in she was kind, helpful, and made the change without any issue. I truly appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude.
They had no large lids, and appeared annoyed when I ordered a large smoothie. My first and last time at this location.
I love their veggie and fruit smoothies! My daughter likes the white gummy bear! I’ve tried and I have to say it’s very delicious!
I ordered through the app. The app has just updated and while I was outside different store out it to another one. I went into the one I was at, 4 people there wouldn't help me and said I needed to go to the other store. I called the other store to get a refund. They wouldn't help said they were busy and kept putting me on hold without warning me about being put on hold. I was trying to get a smoothie before a long day of being at a cheer competition for my daughter. I'll now never go to Jamba for smoothies because it obviously isn't a one store issue. 2 stores were horrible to me and I never got what I ordered or a refund.
Enjoyed the greens and ginger option and bought weatgrass and ginger shots nutritious will return again!!

Saturday November 30th:
Thank you to ladies who were on shift for locking the door in my face and as i tried to come in during your hours of operation. An extra thank you for immediately turning the lights off, to really get the point across.. and then turning them back on 30 seconds later, because you didn’t want to stand in the dark, or maybe because you realized you DO infact still have a job to do.. I realize it is frowned upon to come in 15 minutes before closing. Trust me, i felt bad. I’d been craving the smoothie all day and tried to rush over after work. But mind you, this is not a dine-in establishment.. You wouldn’t have had to seat me, feed me, buss the tables after me, or wash more than two dishes afterwards. You would have blended the smoothie for at most, 30 seconds.. then called it a day. yes, i know this, because i WAS a regular, who has often witnessed you make my order in under a minute. I also know that in food service, management tends to frown upon closing early because you just dont feel like working anymore. Would it have been so hard to take one more order?

Pulled up around 7:30pm. Guy at the front told me we’re closed. Didn’t know they were allowed to close 30 mins before.

The store is well lit clean and pleasant to go to and it’s close to my home and work. The associates are always pleasant.

The store hours say they close at 9 pm Mon- Sat both online and on their door. I showed up at 7:55pm on a Wednesday and the girl working at the front said they were closed but the lights were on, doors unlocked and store hours said they were open. She refused to work lmao

First off I was the first of many people to order their order only to never received my order and everybody else’s order after me had received there’s when I brought it to their attention a girl name Jocelyn gave me an attitude told me .You can still wait so then when I asked to speak to a manager, what’s her name was Mallory? I asked her to rectify the situation and just credit my money back. She gave me a condescending attitude and acted like if I was in the wrong even though I waited 20+ minutes for my drink that I never got. And your go Jamba number doesn’t work so I do I get my money refunded?????
