The food was great, but one of the employees had literally the worst attitude possible. Right from the start just completely rude. All the other employees were great, helpful and positive. I’ve never written a review in my life but I felt inclined after tonight. One of those experiences that just leaves a bad taste in your mouth and you can’t stop thinking about it. If you’re having a bad day, it would be great if you don’t try to ruin other people’s night. Try to do better…

Placed an online order for next day pickup at 11:30 AM, only to wait 45 minutes at the store while they make the order and no communication on when my order would be ready. Staff were unorganized and not helpful at all. All they could say was “sorry for the long wait” which means little to nothing when there was no communication or help from them when I first arrived. They need to take a better look at their management skills and how to deal with unexpected large groups of orders as I was not the only one waiting over 30 minutes, no contact from staff, for an online order.

Sandwich was so disgusting!!! It was made sloppy with so much mayo on it that when I got home I had to take a spoon and scoop it off. I just ended up throwing it away after taking a few bites…This is not the location I normally go to and I will never go back(online order)

Used to love Jersey Mike's. But it's gone WAYYYYYY DOWNHILL! Paying $40 for TWO sandwiches is part of what you sign up for so can't complain about that BUT when the workers have absolutely NO PRIDE in their work at all and the sandwiches are borderline inedible, then it becomes a problem.
The workers were moving in slow motion despite a line of customers and online orders behind them. Literally, moving in slow motion and painting small dabs of mayonnaise on a roll over and over and over again like it's the Mona Lisa. Only got half the meat that normally comes on the #13 and it was put on stale, hard bread. Not even 1 day old bread, must have been at least 2 days old as it was rock hard and the toppings didn't even reach the ends so a quarter of my sandwich was just hard, stale bread with no toppings.
Gone way downhill in the last year and considering the price, I'll never be back again. I used to come all the time as it's across the street from my house but lack of pride from this staff forbids me from ever returning.
My wife and I stopped by this Jersey Mike's after a long drive from New Mexico to Los Angeles, hoping to grab a quick bite at our favorite sandwich shop. I usually order the #5 but like to substitute turkey for ham, which I’ve always been able to do at other Jersey Mike's locations. However, the employee here told me they couldn’t replace meats due to the manager's policy. I’ve never heard of a sandwich shop that couldn’t make a simple substitution on the fly—it’s not like the sandwich was pre-made. We were pretty disappointed and ended up leaving without ordering. We love Jersey Mike's, but this location’s lack of flexibility means we won't be back.

We were pretty disappointed with the few health code violations we saw on our recent visit to this location. The women’s restroom door doesn’t lock, so anyone could walk in on you. It was also just so gross and dirty inside, with dead crickets stuck on the floor. They also had personal beverages stored in the meat/cheese fridge. If they allow that visible to guests, I can’t even imagine what the rest of the kitchen looks like. This place is a food-borne illness disaster waiting to happen.

The kid with the braces needs to go. I literally saw him WIPING HIS OIL COVERED GLOVED HANDS all over his shirt and then proceeded to make my sandwich. After he was done, I saw him touching his face and touching everything with the same gloves!!! And then made the next persons sandwich without changing gloves. Absolutely disgusting and will not be going to the location again.

The menu states that a kids meal comes with a cookie and a drink, however, we were told that since they don't have any kid's drink cups we would have to pay for a separate drink???? The girl at the register said it has been that way for years. Wrong! We have ordered from this location no less than 100 times, but this will be the last time. Plenty of other options with good service out there.
