I am a regular at this location, I always get a #8 with specific instructions (Im super picky about my subs hahaha) This location ALWAYS gives me my sub exactly how I ask. The atmosphere is super welcoming, the staff is uplifting. This store looks clean and put together. Specifically, I look forward to Emily taking my order. She is always super attentive, friendly, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. You can tell she cares about giving great service because she was polite, patient, and made sure everything was perfect. Emily is a great example of what good customer service should be.

Ordered. Mobile pick order at 555pm on 7/14. Arrived at store at 610, which was the scheduled pick up time. I sat there for 30 min watched countless people walk in and order and others pick up mobile orders. I finally got my order at 640. Unacceptable. Next will a call to corporate in the morning

I always go to this location since it is close to my work at first it was great but recently they just be doing whatever they want. You guys print out the tickets and still get it wrong. Can never get my husband his rosemary parmesano bread, they pick the bread they feel like. This time they picked whatever sub they felt like. Not close to what i wanted nor ordered. Gave me a whole cold sub 👎🏼
Waited more than 30 minutes but is not the workers fault because there was only 2 people working. To the GM you should hire more people because thats unacceptable. Thats why people always quit 🤦♂️

First let me start by saying this I LOVE ❤️ jersey mikes and I've visited tons of locations from Tempe to Mesa, phoenix , Avondale, Glendale and many others. Now that being said this location has to be without a doubt the worst location ever the food is GREAT! its the poor service that ruins it. Which is unfortunate. I tried to call so they could make my order ahead of time cause I hate being that guy that shows up just before close. The gentleman who answered placed me on hold. I thought ok they must be busy while on hold I drove down there and arrived STILL on hold to find nobody in the restaurant. The gentleman working there angrily exclaimed they were busy still and seemed disgusted that he had to make another sandwich and angrily took my order and proceeded to look at me like I offended him personally just by being there I get it we all have bad days but when you work in the service industry you should carry yours a certain way and make the customer feel welcome. He did the opposite continually glaring at me while working the grill.. had it not been for the polite female that worked there and the food I would have given 1 star also they forgot to put bacon in my sub HUGE disappointment 😞

The food was great, but one of the employees had literally the worst attitude possible. Right from the start just completely rude. All the other employees were great, helpful and positive. I’ve never written a review in my life but I felt inclined after tonight. One of those experiences that just leaves a bad taste in your mouth and you can’t stop thinking about it. If you’re having a bad day, it would be great if you don’t try to ruin other people’s night. Try to do better…
