Had to wipe down my own table. I usually go for tea but their tea was out. I also go for non soft drinks such as Powerade. It was out too! I wish they would offer soups along with the sandwiches. Also, the sandwiches are cold! You can't have them toasted so your cheese can melt. Not a fan. Absolutely nothing special about their sandwiches. "Their worlds greatest gourmet sandwiches" slogan is quite the overstatement.

When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly welcome . Customer friendliness top notch. However I noticed the guy who took my order was going to make my sub without cleaning his hands . Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary . I love Jimmy Johns and was greatly disappointed. Beware of this establishment.

It was New Years day. The Manager and assistant Manager were working. They were so nice, friendly and excellent customer service!!! I would totally go back there again. Good customer service is so hard to find today and that's why I wanted to compliment them.

This JJ seemed to be lackluster. The restaurant was dead when I walked in. The staff was friendly enough but didn’t seem to want to be there. The sandwich was ok but seemed to be a little stale. I will probably not be going back to this location.

I chose Curbside pickup for my order. The instructions said to park near the front, so we waited right in front of the windows of the store. I checked in once I was there. There were only a few other people inside, so I knew it would take a while to receive the order. We arrived at 6:32 and by 7:00, everyone else has received their order and we are still waiting in the car so we decided to go in to see where our order is. A worker NEVER came by any of the doors or checked outside. When we approach the counter, we see our order off to the side and the worker claims she looked everywhere outside for our car and couldn’t find it. I was dumbfounded that she lied straight to our face. We can see the other side of the parking lot from inside the windows while sitting in the car. We never saw a worker go outside or near the doors to check for curbside pickup. I explained we were parked right by the door and she still claimed she “didn’t see us”. After waiting 30 minutes, I don’t know how long our food was sitting out. It was definitely not the best of quality.

This is insane. I live 5 mins away and after an hour and a half of waiting i tried calling to cancel my order only to be told they cant because it is already made. Next thing i know im getting a text from uber saying my food is on the way. I ordered from the jj app not uber now i have to wait while this dude drops off three other orders. I'll just stick with jersey mikes at this point since picking it up seems to be the only way to go anyway
