Trash sandwich. Spent almost $20 on what was the worst sandwich I’ve had in my entire 30+ years of living. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered from this location. I mean it’s pretty difficult to mess up a sandwich but when you’re forgetting ingredients and serving spoiled meat I guess it’s not that hard. I have no idea why this location is still operational but I pray that it gets shut down as quick as possible to avoid getting anyone sick.

Ordered a couple subs for delivery. They sent them by Uber…on a bicycle…so it took an hour and 45m. I guess they’ve abandoned freaky fast. Why on earth would you use bicycle delivery in Phoenix? We’re miles away. This isn’t Manhattan.
1h 45m delivery will have me ordering elsewhere going forward.

Rude as employees. After waiting 20 minutes for my food I get yelled at and threatened by the employee for asking how much longer it’s gonna take just because they had a big order. You can take your frustration out on the customers never going back there again.

Wife went there to get some bread. Cashier looked at her like was crazy when she asked for it and she didn't even know how to ring it up. Got a a breadstick sized loaf lol. But it gets better. She rung up my wife took someone else's order and decided to complete the other order before she wrapped my wife's loaf. Wife walked away confused about the workers state of mind...

Had to wipe down my own table. I usually go for tea but their tea was out. I also go for non soft drinks such as Powerade. It was out too! I wish they would offer soups along with the sandwiches. Also, the sandwiches are cold! You can't have them toasted so your cheese can melt. Not a fan. Absolutely nothing special about their sandwiches. "Their worlds greatest gourmet sandwiches" slogan is quite the overstatement.

When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly welcome . Customer friendliness top notch. However I noticed the guy who took my order was going to make my sub without cleaning his hands . Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary . I love Jimmy Johns and was greatly disappointed. Beware of this establishment.
