I always get the snow matcha with brown sugar jelly and it’s always so good but I get that because they NEVER have regular boba. I’ve never tried it ! How do you call yourself a boba house and never have boba ?

Definitely used to be a good place to get a drink for a decent price. The menu advertised “chia and aloe” for the herbal tea mix and apparently they don’t offer that WITH the drink anymore and you have to pay for those items separately. Who is paying almost $13 for a DRINK? BFFR ???

History of great and amazing options to pick from. A little disappointed in the food that is new definitely not what his pictured so delicious. Prices have been going up like everything else. Prior they would not charge for every single little flavor you add but now it makes it a little bit unaffordable still awesome place to get drinks.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I love my Buckeye location but today I accidentally placed my order at this Avondale location and immediately called them within a minute and told them and they replied very rude that it’s too bad, my fault and it was already thrown away. How does that even make sense that it was made and thrown away within minutes. Horrible and rude service.

Pictured is a medium blue curacao snow with rainbow bursting boba along with mozzarella sticks and chicken pho.Boba: I've been here a plethora of times and never had any issues ordering bobaMozzarella sticks: Tasty! I was surprised about the flavor these were packingChicken pho: I was skeptical about ordering pho from a boba place but I was pleasantly surprised

They have a terrible business model. Firstly, their menu is far too large. Secondly, they don’t allow you to try any of their myriad options, so there is no way to know if any of it is any good. Thirdly, they don’t offer refunds if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. It should be a huge red flag if a business doesn’t offer you a refund for a shoddy product. You should avoid this place at all costs.
