I went to this KFC the other day and the service there was awesome! I ordered a four piece chicken and it came out hot & fresh. The new manager there is really nice and I’m glad to see a change there! I will be coming back soon!

Even though I think fast food is garbage, I have to say KFC the best out there your chkn sand is killer great price ,thank you for not robbing us! Well at least on the sandwich!

Ordered a kid's meal and fries....the kids meal was cold and the milk was warm. The extra side of fries was not provided so I went back to ask for the missing fries. I was asked to wait a few minutes so they could make fresh fries. 15 minutes later no one ever brought the fries out to me. I didn't bother going in and asking for them again I just left. There was also no one else in line the whole time I waited so it's not like they were too busy to bring the fries out.
Ordered online at 3pm to pick up at 6, got there order was not done, waited 15 and then they told me there were no fries, I had ordered 2 extra large fries, they told me to pick a different side but refused, they wanted me to take coleslaw instead, who eats coleslaw?, they told me they could not substitute the fries with what i wanted, i asked for a refund, they refused to refund, they told me i needed to call the 1800 number. Called the number, told me the restaurant did not fulfill the order and was still pending, no refund could be done till system clears. Kids working there dont care about customer service, they seem to care more about customers not coming back.

Every time I come to this location it seems like they’re always out of something. They will proceed to let me order my whole meal and pay for it to tell me they’re out of sauce or out of a certain drink even been there before when they said they were out of thighs and certain chicken Come on this is KFC how are you out of chicken

THEY TAKE FOREVER!!! Currently writing this as I’m sitting in the lobby. Made an order to pick up, arrived 25min later expecting I was late only to wait 20 more minutes. As I began to leave I made sure everything was in their bags, only to find out I’m missing half of my chicken. Waited another 20 minutes for just 8 tenders!!!! During that time two other customers came in about missing items. Completely unacceptable, I didn’t even want to wait to ask for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you want your blood to boil.
UPDATE! After trying to eat the chicken tenders, I noticed half of them were barely fully cooked and full of dirty oil. WHY IS THIS PLACE OPEN!?!?

I ordered and paid for 3 pot pies through the app and went to pick up in drive thru and the girl comes on and says we're not taking no orders. I said I paid already for my order and she says we have no chicken. I said it was for pot pies. She was beyond rude. How are you going to take my money and let me place an order and drive there to say you don't have my food. I will never ever go here again. Beyond me how this place is even still open.
