Even though I think fast food is garbage, I have to say KFC the best out there your chkn sand is killer great price ,thank you for not robbing us! Well at least on the sandwich!

Ordered a kid's meal and fries....the kids meal was cold and the milk was warm. The extra side of fries was not provided so I went back to ask for the missing fries. I was asked to wait a few minutes so they could make fresh fries. 15 minutes later no one ever brought the fries out to me. I didn't bother going in and asking for them again I just left. There was also no one else in line the whole time I waited so it's not like they were too busy to bring the fries out.

Ordered online at 3pm to pick up at 6, got there order was not done, waited 15 and then they told me there were no fries, I had ordered 2 extra large fries, they told me to pick a different side but refused, they wanted me to take coleslaw instead, who eats coleslaw?, they told me they could not substitute the fries with what i wanted, i asked for a refund, they refused to refund, they told me i needed to call the 1800 number. Called the number, told me the restaurant did not fulfill the order and was still pending, no refund could be done till system clears. Kids working there dont care about customer service, they seem to care more about customers not coming back.

Every time I come to this location it seems like they’re always out of something. They will proceed to let me order my whole meal and pay for it to tell me they’re out of sauce or out of a certain drink even been there before when they said they were out of thighs and certain chicken Come on this is KFC how are you out of chicken

THEY TAKE FOREVER!!! Currently writing this as I’m sitting in the lobby. Made an order to pick up, arrived 25min later expecting I was late only to wait 20 more minutes. As I began to leave I made sure everything was in their bags, only to find out I’m missing half of my chicken. Waited another 20 minutes for just 8 tenders!!!! During that time two other customers came in about missing items. Completely unacceptable, I didn’t even want to wait to ask for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you want your blood to boil.
UPDATE! After trying to eat the chicken tenders, I noticed half of them were barely fully cooked and full of dirty oil. WHY IS THIS PLACE OPEN!?!?

I ordered and paid for 3 pot pies through the app and went to pick up in drive thru and the girl comes on and says we're not taking no orders. I said I paid already for my order and she says we have no chicken. I said it was for pot pies. She was beyond rude. How are you going to take my money and let me place an order and drive there to say you don't have my food. I will never ever go here again. Beyond me how this place is even still open.
This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to, when walking in I saw multiple pieces of chicken and a bucket on the ground in the kitchen. The tables were never cleaned while we were there for 20 minutes, the man at the front desk was unhelpful and disrespectful, my food came out cold and everyone in the back were talking and laughing instead of cleaning or working. Do not come here a health inspector needs to shut this place down.

First they had no dark meat, and only Origin. Then they didn't offer sauce since I had Tenders, then no butter or honey for biscuits, and lastly no napkins or sporks for the potatoes and gravy. We shall never go there again.

I went in on March 12th , 2025. The food that I had ordered wasn't bad, but from ordering inside wasn't the greatest either the floors were disgusting from the customer side and employees side like nobody was cleaning anything. there was printer 🖨 laying on the floor out in the open seems like it wasn't working because it wasn't plugged in and the two Hispanic males TEENAGERS OR KIDS that were running the show made me feel very uncomfortable about even eating the food because all they kept doing was joking around laughing at each other like they could care less if customers are there. The supervisor or manager who was on duty decided to come out and wash the tables as I was there he seemed nice, but you could tell that he didn't really care for his unprofessional employees. As i was leaving, there was a customer that i had seen who ordered his food from the drive thru and had returned because of food not being put in the bag. I take it. My suggestion is to go inside and order your food so you can check it while you're in there. Otherwise, ordering from the drive thru may be a waste of time.
