I was really craving some Krispy Kreme donuts this morning. Stopped at this location on my was home from an errand. The person on the drive thru was not welcoming, I could here by the tone on her voice she did not want to be there. She did not greet or thanked us. I'm ok with all that as long as the food is good. When we got home and opened the box, the donuts looked old. I took one out and they were hard and stale like they were left overs from the day before. These donuts aren't cheap you know. I was so upset that we payed our hard earned money on bad service and terrible quality donuts. I know that not all locations are like this one, but I will never buy from this location again.

The donuts are always amazing!

We were a bit frustrated with the lady over the drive thru intercom as we wanted to ordered 1/2 dozen doughnuts, she informed us that they charge per donut if its under a dozen, so I asked about prices and she stated they are on the board. I could not see prices for the majority of items, but she did not offer any other suggestions or prices. Behind the board, I see a sign, dozen glazed, $9.99, so I just try to order the most basic order - a dozen glazed donuts thinking I'm buying them for $9.99. No price was given at the intercom.

I get to the window and Carlos, with the best attitude working the drive thru window gives me a different price, stating that they never reveal the fine print stipulating the $9.99 is for the second dozen after pay for the first dozen at full price. So, I tried to change my order, but Carlos was so amazing and convinced us to keep the dozen, even if I really wanted to he could change the order giving us price information for both 1/2 dozen and full dozen. We stayed with the original order, and Carlos even gave us a discount! Carlos really does sell sunshine and happiness! Oh, and the donuts were almost immediately gone as soon as they hit the kitchen counter.

I always get my stepsons the holiday themed donuts because they’re so cute and they love them! These 4th of July ones did not disappoint. I can’t eat them because I’m vegan, but they said they’re delicious! I love this location. My order is always ready for pick up at the correct time. The staff is amazing. Thank you!

I walked in and waited over 5 minutes with nobody greeting me or my family or even making eye contact. This isn’t the first time this has happened but this is the first time that I walked out. No service and nothing but stale looking donuts left over at 9:30am.

I’ve been calling and stopping by for over 2 months and there hasn’t been any cinnamon rolls available. There is a sign on the window that says they are made fresh everyday. It’s been over 60 days with no cinnamon rolls so take down the sign. I’ve been told it’s because they’re making the holiday donuts, the ones that never sell with the rows that are always full. It must be a holiday everyday of the week, every month because it’s been a long time since anything other than original and holiday donuts have been made.

The Krispy Kreme light-up sign in the window also doesn’t work. I’ve brought that up a few times and I’ve been told “the switch is on, it’s working”

Customer service in this location is going down the drain... online pick up is a joke! Drove all the way here to find out they were out of donuts when my order went thru ridiculous

Super good donuts, always is a nostalgic place to visit. This visit we got a very helpful employee named Keylon who was very friendly and made the experience quite enjoyable, so shout out to him and once again, amazing donuts as always!

Worst glazed donut I’ve ever had. Not fresh at all. They didn’t even have a fresh batch coming out. Go elsewhere. This place is amateur hour.

First time in a Krispy Kreme store...wow what a difference fresh makes. Was traveling and couldn't help myself but to stop and taste.

Always cancel orders, or shut down 2/3 hours earlier then their advertised closing time.

Had one guy today who was really good. The rest of the workers were as nice today. The food was good though.

Not sure how you run out of the donuts you are known for.. had to get the specialty donuts and small glazed, which tasted days old and not fresh at all.. $45 down the drain

I have shopped at many Krispy kremes before. Never in my life have experienced such terrible service. The donuts suck. The roof is leaking. Pathetic just terrible

cobalt please

Drive thru signs are all very bad condition and coming off the walls of the building. Customer confidence is lower because of appearance. Lots of specialty donuts were all sold out and I was there about 11 am.

First visit to a KK and left a lot to be desired. The good was the glazed donoughts were great. The doughnut holes (dots) on the other hand seemed likely they were probably “day old” and probably the worst we have ever had or as my daughter described “I feel like they are something I bought at a store, out of a bag that was on the shelf”. Also, ordered a glazed kreme filled as it’s shown on the menu board only to get our box and see it was NOT that but instead was a “chocolate” kreme filled. Not what we asked for, not what we ordered but sometimes a mistake happens, well not a mistake I guess. Lady at the window had quickly left the window area so I had to honk to get her back to drive thru window to let her know we received a chocolate glazed kreme filled and not what we ordered only to have her tell us that was the only kreme filled they had left….ie would have been good to know when I ordered as I don’t like chocolate and would have simply passed…NOT A WORD stating that when I ordered. So I handed it back and asked for a refund of that item, and was told could only give me another doughnut. Not even a simple sorry for the confusion or other standard, customary service orientated response….just another doughnut in its place that I really did not want. She had a not good attitude and seems to be going thru the motions and not happy to be there. Hindsight is 20/20 so looking back on some of the reviews looks like they just sell out of a lot of lots of things and just don’t have great service looking at the reviews and their rating. Live and learn I guess and that’s what reviews are for. Needless to say, I don’t think we will be back and not a great experience overall. I would suggest going to the family-owned donut shop around a corner near you, the last two we’ve been to in the last few weeks for surpass this corporate shop.
