Made an order online for pickup, I get to the window and a girl with somewhat blonde hair asks if we ordered and we said yes online and rolls her eyes and leaves. She grabs our order and pretty much pushes it towards me and says with a huge attitude “ next time let us know “ . Like let you know what? Then closes the window fast and leaves out. People with such attitude should not be working in these places.

The absolute best donuts
Came in on a saturday night around 830pm 10/26 and the drive thru girl was very rude. She was very short and unfriendly on the speaker and when I pulled around she was demanding. I have not had issues here before but she has made me hesitant to come back.

Best Krispy Kreme in the country. Despite there being a mountain of issues behind the counter, the manager on duty was an absolute pleasure. I will absolutely come back to this location because of him. His customer service is second to none. The doughnuts used to be the star of the show, until he showed up. Lol. They were still phenomenal. Dont get me wrong. Theres nothing like a fresh warm doughnut from Krispy Kreme.

Came to buy some donuts on a Saturday early afternoon, around 2pm and apparently they don’t have ANY donuts.. not even the regular sugar ones… young kids working not sure how a donut place doesn’t have any donuts besides glazed… disappointing

Went in with my family around 2pm on Saturday and they were out of the original glazed. I asked when they would have more and employee said in 5 hours. Disappointed but I said screw it and got a caramel topping one but was way way 2 sweet and absolutely not fresh. I don't believe the cost justifies the low quality or the service. Definitely will stick with something within a higher quality and freshness like Bashas or Walmart for half the cost in the future.
Stoped by to get a cup of hot coffee and some donuts… it was a rainy day in the afternoon
I asked if they hav coffee the girl said ..no
I said how come … she goes we are out of MILK! .. I said u have cream … she said yeh but now she has to make a new coffee batch! I said I’ll wait .. not even a minute she handed me a (Cold cup of coffee) I said it’s not hot ! With a n attitude she poured another one … was little better
Owners need to be aware if u lose business is because of those ( paycheck ) employees… who don’t care about customers or about the the business itself

I want to share my disappointment with the service I experienced today. I placed an order more than 24 hours in advance for 12 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of coffee. Thirty minutes before my scheduled pickup, I was notified that the coffee would not be available and asked if I still wanted the donuts.
With a meeting an hour away, this left me scrambling and without a key part of the order I was relying on. While I understand things can happen, the lack of proactive communication and alternatives offered is what is most frustrating. This doesn’t just inconvenience me—it affects my professional image when I’m unable to deliver what I committed to.
It seems like service standards have slipped. Customers are still trying to simply receive what they pay for—without errors and ideally with a positive attitude. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so others do not have the same experience. Pickup time was 8:30 and now I’m even more behind because it’s 8:45 and I’m still waiting - don’t forget I have to solve coffee in this short period as well.

I drove 30 minutes to get my son the Harry Potter donuts and he was so excited but when we got home and open the box, the donuts looked and taste like they were two days old. There seems to be zero effort in making the donuts look cute, cute and presentable. How they look in the photos I’m not saying they would look perfect but they definitely shouldn’t look like you just slapped some frosting on a doughnut. It was a little disappointing and I’ll never go to this location for themed doughnuts again.
