The ice cream flavors are interesting. I got one that was essentially gummy flavored. It is really expensive and definitely not by any means the best ice cream I’ve had but it’s not bad and some cool flavors which to me counts for a lot having a distaste for simple chocolate vanilla strawberry vendors.

Very delicious ice-cream, love their sweets. They also have Dubai cups now . It's so amazing. I definitely recommend this place

This was my second time here and both times were disappointing. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the staff is super friendly, fast, and the place is clean.

First time, we got a Hershey’s ice cream that tasted weird and made us sick later.

Today, July 27th, we tried the verduros again. Super expensive ($13.51 each) we paid $27.02 for two of them and they are not good. No mayonesa, no (aguacate), but they did add (jicama), cabbage, cucumber and a weird sour cream or media crema (no mayonesa)— it tasted like a fruit cup gone wrong, jk it didn’t tasted like nothing!

I grew up eating duros with mayo, repollo, pepino, cueritos, limón, queso, and maybe (aguacate) — not this fancy overpriced version.

Not coming back. I’d rather get some fire $6 duros from a street vendor.

Great place. Great food, excellent flavor. Excellent customer service. Place really clean. It's almost 9 pm. on a Tuesday, and everything is great.

First time here. There was no menus and extremely slow service. Received no communication on the process or what all they offered. Items are overpriced for what you are getting and can easily be prepared at home.

The ice cream was amazing. My wife doesn't love frozen desserts and we ended up going 2 times this week already. She loved the Pina colada ice cream and the strawberry cheesecake and I loved the banana one with almonds. We will definitely be back.

Twice I’ve ordered from this place via door dash and my order is always messed up. Today i decided to give them another try & I ordered a banana split and there was no banana in it! Like what???? I really wanted to like this place but man, they making it difficult.

Absolutely delicious! They have so much to choose from. The possibilities are endless and guess what? You can try a sample of just about every single ice cream there! The ladies/girls behind the counter are very helpful and patient. I will be returning!

I came with my daughter who herself (6yo) and I (31yo) frequently visit the Casa Grande location (AMAZING) so we have been to this place a lot in different locations. Anyway she has a pretty medium not life threatening but uncomfortable allergy to strawberries. BUT LOVES watermelon. So we order watermelon EVERY VISIT. So I order it and we get back home to Buckeye AZ and realize they had the strawberry ice cream in the watermelon labeled spot in the store, because I specifically asked for and pointed at the pink/red ice cream LABLED “Sandia” so I called to let them know and see if the next day I could come replace it due to paying 10$ for it. First Lady told me no I was wrong. Then said she couldn’t help me in English because she only spoke Spanish so I had to wait for someone to come to the phone who could help me. So I explained again and wasn’t really heard. She said I could come back but again I live in Buckeye which is like a 20 min drive. It was 8pm I’m not driving all the way back. I asked if I could go the next day and wasn’t told yes but only after 12 which is fine. But I didn’t appreciate being laughed at by both associates. I understand mistakes happen I wasn’t asking anything crazy or being rude even though my daughter had an allergic reaction due to their mislabeling. I was questioned over and over if I was sure. There’s strawberry seeds. Yes I’m sure. U can check yourself at ur own store!!! Definitely only going to Casa Grande from now on. These employees are super rude when I never even said one thing bad. Didn’t even ask for a refund. Just an exchange. And got laughed at.

First, you know they overcharge when their prices are nowhere to be found in the store. The girls that work here are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! I just came in and purchased a paleta for over $6! Like what!? On top of that, the rudeness and the fact she prepared it without us seeing it in the back while the other employees prepared all orders where people can see them.. super shady. She had the audacity to charge me before even giving me the item. Will not be coming back to this one. The michoacana on Santa Fe is SO much better.
