EVERYTIME I COME HERE THEY SAY THEY CAN ONLY FILL THE MARINARA CUP THIS AMOUNT ITS ALWAYS BARELY HALF FULL OR LESS. I HAVENT EVEN OPENED THIS MARINARA. THE EMPLOYEES NEVER CARE, THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! IVE COMPLAINED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND ASKED KINDLY IF THEY COULD FILL UP THE CUP, AND THEY REFUSE EVERY SINGLE TIME TALKING ABOUT HOW THEYRE ONLY ALLOWED TO DO THIS AMOUNT.

Ordered the “crazy bread stuff crust pizza” and got this uncooked weak excuse of a pizza and no i did not touch it…it was already like this as if someone pulled the pieces apart and then place in the box.

This is absolutely disgusting unacceptable and to top it off when I called the establishment on 107th next to dollar tree I talked to Megan who directed me to doordash because doordash delivered it.

How much sense does it make to advertise pizza for delivery and then say doordash…doordash does not cook Little Caesars pizza “Megan” but i did call the number and talk to a very highly disrespectful woman name “M.A. Victoria” highly unprofessional highly rude did not comprehend anything…

Told me to send a picture which I did then told me I can only get 40% refund. Yet 100% of my money was taken full price of this garbage uncooked excuse of a pizza. So now my 8yr old and my 10yr don’t have pizza and i have to be late to work bcuz I now have to go and get them food. Because Little Caesars couldn’t do their job. They couldn’t provide an advertised service. They have failed at everything they claim to stand for and customer service does not exist. They will blame DoorDash and DoorDash will blame little caesars. Long story short do not bring any business to this location. They obviously by the looks of other ppl and their reviews. This location is way below subpar in all their areas.

I like Little Caesars because of their ready-made pizzas. You don't have to wait long and it's and it's quick and easy on those nights that I don't feel like cooking

I placed an order at 11:15 for delivery at 12:45. They (incorrectly) processed the order as an ASAP delivery so it was delivered 45 minutes early, when no one was around to eat it (was delivered to a school). I called the store back to discuss the early delivery, and was routed to customer service, who said the order was taken by Door Dash and they weren't responsible (I called Little Caesar's not Door Dash). I called the Door Dash support and they said the order was entered for delivery at noon and was delivered at noon. I corrected them (ordered for 12:45, delivered at noon). They said they rely on what is in their system, so if they enter it incorrectly, they can't fix it. I escalated the issue and they said I might hear back within 10 days. Really awful customer service. Little Caeser's has lost my business.

I’m very disappointed with the service and quality at the Little Caesars located at 2850 N. 107th Ave, Avondale, AZ 85392. The staff, mostly young individuals, lack basic customer service skills and often fail to acknowledge customers. On the rare occasions they do, their approach comes across as rude and unprofessional.

On multiple visits, my pizzas were either burnt, missing adequate ingredients like cheese or sauce, or poorly prepared especially with stuffed crusts. This reflects a lack of attention to quality and consistency.

I strongly suggest that management undergo proper training to ensure better service and quality control. If this is the standard the company is willing to accept, it’s no surprise they might lose customers or face financial loss from repeated returns and errors.

One pizza was good. Tons of pepperoni but then the other one was not even done all the way! We just put some slices in the air fryer to cook it.

I ordered my bread well done , on phone said they couldn’t accept my request, since when .
3 pizzas, 3 breads
What a waste of funds!

At this place people have no respect or responsibility for preparing other people's food. We ordered 4 pizzas and all of them looked like they just threw things on top and the bread was like a tire flattened in the middle and fat on the ends, burnt no sauce, all four were poorly made, we ordered a supreme and it didn't even have any vegetables, a Hawaiian and the ends were extremely burn as were the pepperoni my way, Do not buy pizzas from there. We went back and asked them to make it again. My husband looked back and they added the stuff to the pizza we returned, what a shame they all laughed at us for being ask to remake it, after what my husband saw what they are doing with the pizza back there . We just asked for our money back, Never again pizza from there!!

So my pizza was fine but when did the breadsticks start looking like this? All flat and looks like they needed more time in the oven, not even fluffy how a breadstick should be and not even dusted with cheese on top

They don’t listen!!! I clearly asked if they could check pizza before , due to this location being slow and lazy

5 stuffed crust pizzas, all different toppings..I opened the box and the pizza hardly had any cheese in the crust, very little toppings, looks like they been sitting out for hours ,sauce all dry, once in a while this pizza is made real good , 60 bucks i paid girrrrrrlllll you better make me a new set !! She apologized and had them make 5 new , those ones were delicious cheesy and fresh .
