First off I ordered from this venue prior and the experience has been somewhat reasonable. But the most recent experience was so bad that I was pushed to leaving a review. The 5 dollar hot and ready was cold stale and over cooked. The service was lackluster and really I have no intention going back. They have a great offer for a ready to eat dinner but if they don't rotate the pizzas in the heat warmer they will overcook and ruin.

First I would like to take the time (sorry I’m late from the time I went in, but I was looking for my receipt with the managers name) to shoutout the manager IRIS and a few staff that I totally forgot to ask their names, sorry guys! For reference my order# 1051226. I had made a mobile order for in-store pick up from their portal, it was taking a while for it to change from the oven to ready so I decided to head over and once I arrived at the store there was a few people waiting and there was a guy in front of me that was picking up his order and as the cashier was scanning it (I had my app open) my order went from ready to enjoy your pizza in seconds. As I was trying to explain to THAT cashier she was not understanding so she passed me over to the next cashier and she asked for my name and I gave it to her then I told her what my order had and she said it wasn’t the same, so she then called the amazing manager (she deserves a raise btw) IRIS and she was trying to figure out what went wrong. We figured out that what seemed like a once in a life time experience actually happened to ME, another PRISCILLA had made an order at exactly the same time as I did, like how wild is that (I should of bought a lottery ticket lol) anyways she then asked if I wanted my order if so she would have to redo everything and if I wanted to wait and I said well I don’t have a choice I had a house full kids and teenagers that were waiting on this pizza by this time it had been almost an hour from the time I placed the order (I did not mind at all). There was a bit of a miscommunication and she went ahead and made a full refund which I didn’t realize she then handed me my receipt and said I went ahead and refunded you your money and I said wait no I said I was ok with waiting because these crazy kids are expecting me to show up with pizza lol she then apologized and she got right to it and started making me my order 15-20min later my order was ready and as I was going to hand her my card to pay she said “No worries at all, I gotchu” now IRIS, I wanted to let you know that I appreciate you so much because at that moment you didn’t know but I was using the last of my $ before payday and you blessed me and my babies that night!!!! Thank you to everyone who was there that night, to the staff in the kitchen! It was such a good vibe that I didn’t feel the need to be upset, especially the way they all approached me without attitude or anything because let’s be honest customer service has gone out the window, so I truly appreciated everyone that night!!

The guy made a mistake on on my order and when I addressed it he said that’s what you ordered. I pointed to the exact picture that was in the window of what I asked for and he didn’t offer to correct it. I did not want to argue or escalate so I left with my wrong order which was $2 more than the bread sticks n pizza order that I really wanted. He seemed too lazy to make the changes . Not worth my time to argue with what his demeanor appeared to be.

And the employees here have zero interest in serving their customers. DO NOT ORDER from this location, unless you want your patience tested and your order to be disregarded and ignored.

I don't understand why every time I come here and pay with cash, I'm told that they don't have change to give. If I'm owed 85 cents, they don't have it. This is the only location this happens at. It's never happened at other locations I have went to. The cashiers excuse was that "it's the digital age". Since this is the digital age, I'm typing this Google review to let others know that they don't give change here. This is my digital review. I think they are pocketing the change honestly because after a request to compensate for my change, change suddenly appeared in the cash register.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. NEVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY YOU WONT GET IT AND WHEN YOU GO TO THE STORE ITS NOT GOING TO BE READY. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IVE TRIED THE DELIVERY SERVICE AND HAVENT RECEIVED IT. THEN THE NIGHT MANAGER HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE. WONT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN I WILL MAKE THE DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THEY DEFINITELY DROPPED THE BALL AND USE EXCESSIVE PROFANITY.
