I've been to a few Macayo's locations over the years and this was my first time here. The food my family ate here was just crappy. We showed up at 645pm and got seated right away. Chips and salsa came out right after. I asked for the hot salsa and was told that they were out for the day. It's 645pm and the place was pretty dead. How could they have run out? The cheese crisp was over cooked to the point that the bottom of the tortilla was stuck to the tray, and you couldn't even bite through the cheese. Gross. My shredded beef tacos came out cool. But the beans were hot. I won't be going to this location again.

Waited for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Nobody ever came to check on me and ask me if they could help me. There was an older couple that were waiting with me and decided to leave because the service was extremely slow. Asked the kid at the front if someone worked that area usually and he laughed and said yeah and when I told him that the older couple left because of the slow service, he laughed again. Extremely unprofessional attitude. I will never visit this establishment and I will advise others to do go elsewhere as well.

Felicia, our server, was genuinely great. Very attentive, pleasant, and the highlight of the experience.
The food was okay. Not bad, not memorable. Same with the margaritas. Everything felt very generic overall.
What really took away from the experience was the music. It wasn’t just loud, it was blaring, club-level volume the entire time. If you enjoy eating while bachata and generic club-style music is blasting in your ears, this might be your place. If you prefer being able to relax or have a conversation, it may not be.
In short, the service stood out in a good way. The rest was average, with an atmosphere that just wasn’t for me.

Anderson was quick and helpful even with five people at once. And made better recommendations than what I was originally gonna get. And would 100% recommend anyone

Not the best service and the bathroom smelled awful. I almost threw my dinner up, and the food was bland.

Waited 45 minutes for a table, only for the waitress to tell us they had hardly any people in the kitchen so it was going to take another hour or two just for food. Tell us beforehand next time.

some of the WORST Mexican food ever. flavorless disgusting makes me want to spit it out and eat tacobell instead. The tables are filthy, wait staff took over 10 minutes to get our drink order. the only positive thing is they have good drinks and salsa the out of the can refried beans were amazing.
Gross is all I got to say
