The food, service, and atmosphere were good (according to what Google Reviews will let me specifically rate), but it was the experience that makes this a 2 star review.
I attended an event at Main Event where each child paid $30 for bowling, activities like gravity ropes and laser tag, plus unlimited arcade games for two hours. While the price sounded like a great deal, the actual experience was disappointing.
We were supposed to have five bowling lanes, but one lane’s foul buzzer malfunctioned repeatedly. Staff tried wiping it down but eventually gave up, leaving the lane unusable. An hour later, the kids wanted to play laser tag, only for us to find out it was closed for renovations — something the staff never mentioned beforehand.
The arcade was in rough shape as well. Several of the unlimited-play games were broken. The basketball games had parts hanging off, and ball-based games were missing balls or had only a couple available.
Although some kids and adults still managed to have fun, paying $30 for so many broken or unavailable activities felt unfair. If you plan to visit, I recommend walking the floor first to see what’s actually working before spending your money.

We had a great time with family. The food was delicious. Our server was the best. The atmosphere is pretty loud but chill. The noise is to be expected at a place like this. I would recommend going here for a family night of food, drinks and games. Sorry, no photos.

The staff at main event are so awsome!! My boyfriend and i went here to celebrate a personal milestone and just came for the arcade. Initially we were told that there was a happy hour deal that would include the arcade, billards, bowling etc for a super low cost that would start at 9pm (we came in at 8:30pm) so while we waited we hit the bar to chill for a bit until 9pm. We were then approached and told that they didnt do the happy hour deal anymore, and at first my boyfriend and i were a little bummed but no big deal- again we just came for the arcade so no huge loss. But then they still gave us the happy hour deal anyway!!! We were absolutely stoked, they didnt need to make up for such a small miscommunication but they did just to make us happy and make sure we had fun. The integrity, honor, and honesty the staff here had was amazing and it absolutely made our night. Thank you so so much to Sam and Mike for real!!!!!!!!!

Great place to go to play bowling, laser tag, pool, shuffle board and more.
Im shocked theres so many positive reviews. Food came out burnt. Manager was nice enough to notice on his own and credit us for it. But they had tons of open seating yet decided to sit a family with clearly screaming kids next to us on a date when there was plenty of seating further away from us. Then playing games, no joke, half of them are out of order and are labeled as such.
Then, they even have some that arent marked as out of order, but suck your digital tokens from you but the game doesnt even let you play! At least 50% of the games are not working.
Way overcrowded too. Awful

The food was awesome. And the service was really good. The atmosphere was decent. They were a bit crowded. But it was a weekend. Saturday with my emotional support dog. It was fun earning tons of tickets for the several prizes. That we got. So, that was good. There was a kid being a bit creepy. Though when we were there. With my friend and my boyfriend.

First time coming to Main Event and we had fun. Pricy but worth the cost to see how much my children were enjoying themselves. There’s definitely plenty to do and a variety of stuff. We specifically came for the arcade area and bowling. It was a great way to spend a few hours in doors and away from the heat during the summer while kids are out of school!
