I was double charged for food (over $100), and when I spotted the charge on my credit card bill later, I had to make multiple calls and even go in person. There was no follow-up and no help whatsoever. I won’t be coming back here.

I was out here visiting from out of state with my grandchildren and I believe he was racially profiled by this woman that is Employee at the bowling section she kept asking me what language I was speaking, which I speak English fluently, and I am from Ukraine originally she did not want to serve us in attempted to give me a hard time. I don’t recommend this place at all attention management you need to correct or train your employees. Racially profiling your customers is not the way to do it. I will be contacting corporate. Thank you.

The arcade needs to be fixed! I see techs walking around constantly but games are always not working. very unhappy. lost alot of credits and didnt bother to keep asking for credits back on my card

Most of the staff are very rude, including managers. Multiple events occurred during my trip here that were unpleasant including slipping in water and beer on the floor and my 4 year old daughter being accused of stealing a $5 toy after the worker in the gift shop (Alexis) said “I don’t care” when we asked if my daughter can hold on to the toy. Even after the encounter I had with the general manager (Corey) it is very unpleasant on how this store treats paying customers.

This was my first time visiting Main Event, and I was really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, several of the arcade games deducted credits without even starting, which was extremely frustrating. I spent over $120 on credits and wasn’t able to fully enjoy what I paid for. For a place that promotes fun and quality entertainment, this felt very disappointing and unfair. I hope management looks into this issue and considers refunding or compensating affected guests, as it definitely took away from the overall experience.
Very disappointing,we had our Granddaughters 7th birthday here... started off great until we got to our table only half our food came out then after about 40 mins the other half came out by that time out table time was about over so we had to hurry up and do cake and presents and box up our food ....our server didn't even bring us silverware for our cake I had to go find her to ask for spending over 500.00 dollars you would like the party would of been smooth but turned out to be a stressing disaster

Besides waiting a while to be served, this place is spectacular... variety of activities and food, clean restrooms. My entire family had a great time! I was also here with a group of high school kids....they loved it too!
