Food is mid however service is terrible. Once they had me waiting for a table for over 40 minutes for them to leave me hanging because it was almost 7 time to close. Today I tried to place an order for delivery and after waiting for 50 minutes after I placed my order they told me they were out of 1 out of the 6 items I ordered they did not let me replace the item and cancelled it completely.

Unfortunately, you need to expect to wait 30+ minutes for ceviche, after already paying and told a set time. Don’t come here in a rush, or expect to wait the time they tell you.

I used to really like this place. I came back again after a few years since I moved more up North. I got the seafood soup and man it wasn’t meaty at all. The fish even tasted old and/or freezer burned. I’m actually really shocked since its a mariscos place. I literally have a headache and stomach ache now. Bummer!

Waitresses/cashiers were very rude I understand they are busy or having a bad day but being rude and giving attitude to customers. People are here to enjoy good food but they act like it’s not their job to help the customer .If they don’t like being waitresses they should get another job.
Ordered a tostada to go, took almost 20 mins, no one else in the restaurant. They didn’t put the tostada on the side, got soggy right away because of all the juice.

The service was very disappointing. We waited 45 minutes to be seated only to have the worst service. Upon being seated it took 20 minutes for the waitress Anna to come by, we even had to ask another staff member for chips and salsa because she never brought any. After waiting another 40 minutes a different waitress named Alondra came by to tell us they had run out of certain dishes after she initially had told us they still had them available upon arrival. After ordering something else we waited an additional 30 minutes and called a waitress over to see if the food was being prepared. When she came back she said nothing was being prepared so we ended up just asking for the check. We spent a total of almost three hours and didn’t get any food apart from an appetizer. The waitress Anna was very rude and uninterested in doing her job. Very unfortunate experience overall! We will not be returning.

We waited and hour to be seated which i understand it is busy. But we waited over an hour for our food. Waitress could do a lot better on checking up on tables and friendlier. We waited half an hour for 2 beers. No check ins on how our food was, nor if we needed anything else. Food was good but not worth the wait. If you order to go order an hour in advance.
