The drive thru line was empty which I thought was great. I irder my food, pay, and when I get.to the pick up windows she asks me to park and wait. Hmm... I wait 11 minutes for my food. The fries are cold. Not warm, cold. Three cars go thru past me no problem. The next time they (or any other drive thru) asks you to park and wait, refuse. I'm starting a ban on that right now.

I don’t know who’s managing right now Jan 21 2025 11:25am but our Food Is fresh! I always get coffee and this is the first time I didn’t have to ask them to correct it , the fries fresh and salty oatmeal hot everything was so delicious and fresh we need more teams like this McDonald!

Went after shopping at costco. No line which we thought was great. Food came out quick and everything was hot. Should of know better from it being McDonald's. Half way though my big mac i notice a hair. Grossed me the hell out. A waste of 30 dollars when you find a hair in your food it puts a damper on everyone's mood!

What's with your so called manager Flor? Never met someone so rude and distasteful. I also have heard the managers telling the employees to get on and write fake reviews insane. No wonder it's always dirty and smells awful.

We believed everything was great. The person who took our order was great! Person at second window was great. Person that brought our food out when we were parked wa great. Yes we should've checked our food but when you have a kid let alone an autistic kid that wants to hurry up and eat, we didn't check. Well love a ways away from this location so when we finally got home our order was wrong so I call and the person that answered who said their name was Dewano if that even real or how you spell it said that they make what they're ticket says so according to her I'm wrong and my eye sight is really bad. So if ever you go through the Drive thru check your food because otherwise they can't possibly believe they die make anything other than what the ticket says??? Go figure
