Pathetic customer service. I got to the drive thru at 10:20 for BREAKFAST today. By the time I finally get close to the menu to order there was one lady in a car in front of me. At this point it’s 10:25. She asked them what time does lunch start? Then proceeded to wait for lunch and the employee let her! As many times I’ve been rushed just to browse the menu it’s bullshit to allow someone to sit there for that long. I even yelled to the lady why are you not ordering??? She said she’s waiting for something. FINALLY my turn (of course menu changed over at this point) I get told twice to wait a minute. So wasting more time…. then to be told they can’t serve breakfast which is bullshit considering it was their fault for allowing the lady to sit there and wait instead of making her pull around to get back in line after 10:30. No apology or professionalism whatsoever. No customer care at all! Then was refused service. Such a joke

The staff was amazing. I like my fries cooked a certain way and they definitely delivered. They also have to best tea . Omg I had to get a refill...lol. Overall,I'll definitely visit this location again

Estela the manager refused to remake my caramel iced coffee because it was so watered down. She said no then I asked for just a side of caramel and I’d put it in myself She proceeded to tell me I had to pay extra for that RIDICULOUS. It was such a simple and easy thing to fix and keep a customer happy. But no she needed to be rude and have attitude for no reason when I asked nicely.
