why do they say 24hrs but for ice cream is before 12? i drove all the way to this place for them to do their job

I ordered a Big Mac bundle through drive through , with my burgers special request and upon getting home they were the wrong burgers so I went back and asked if I could get my order fixed and if I could get it fresh since it was cold by then and what they gave me felt like they gave me old burgers and dry fries. very back service.

Best believe I’m not coming back to this McDonald’s! I normally don’t go to McDonald’s and the one time that I decide to go I’m having employees practically call me a liar when i tell them something isn’t right with my food, the y go to the back just to throw it on there real quick and have it be sloppy. And to only have one pickle on each sandwich, that is a little outrageous considering how much money McDonald’s makes!

Ordered a coffee this morning and it tastes as if they poured a quarter of the cup with coffee and filled the rest with the hot water. I rather of them to have just parked me while I wait for fresh coffer. These damn teens need to learn to quit cutting corners and do the job that they are paid for correctly.

The fact that a meal nowadays is $20 - you would assume that the bare minimum of warm food would be standardized at not just this location but all of them nationwide. The fact that they can’t even be held to serve food hot anymore is astounding. Whats funnier yet is no matter how many people write reviews here, we’re still going to buy their slop.
