I never do this but today I Went to get breakfast and they where missing a sandwich and 2 pies I ordered in the drive thru once I checked and missing my food I went in there and I told them I was missing a sandwich and they checked the bag wasnt there so the worker went in and told them its missing and you can hear a ladys voice saying in there they took it out. How would I not want to claim something that I am missing.

Great service and always on time. 1000x better than the McDonald’s at 99th and lower buckeye - those guys make you wait for minimum 30 minutes each time for even a very simple order.

I did an online order ahead of time and I still had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get my order. I was missing chicken nuggets and the fries were cold. The people were really nice but just took way too long and need to wake up very early for work.

The service was terrible, I waited 7 minutes just to wait for someone to ask how old you have to be cause I’m seeking for a job and then when they came back. I was about to say hello until they hung up. Which was very rude, 1 star…
Service was quick-ish but the food wasn't very hot. They're not as good as they use to be. Munched the French fries in the way home. They weren't hot and tasted pretty old. Same with the filet of fish.

Messed up the orders multiple times, kept giving me someone else’s, I waited more than 15 mins in the drive-thru for food I had ordered online with more than 15 minutes to arriving. I ordered 4 McGriddles and 2 sausage McMuffins and sweet teas, not what I got, 2 McGriddles and 1 McMuffin and the teas were unsweetened with lemonade. And the phone number listed on the receipt always busy, or probably not even it. Definitely getting my refund!!!

Never fails they ALWAYS mess up our order. Wish I was exaggerating but it’s every single time. This morning I went and ordered 5 sausage egg McMuffins and 3 of them were wrong and 1 had hair. 2 were missing cheese and one was missing egg. Incredibly frustrating and gross.
