I was very disappointed in the customer service today! Asian girl who took my order was very rude and disgusting for know reason!! Like girly your never mind

I tried to use my BOGO which is for buy one fresh item get the second item of equal or lesser value free. My juice was 10.89 and my bowl was 11.09 if my math is correct that equals 21.98 divided by 2 is 10.99. I was charged 17.98 and was told by the franchise owner I received the discount because it was $5.45 how is $5.45 HALF of $21.98 I then showed her the receipt and the app code and she even read it and still was adamant about them charging me correctly. Will not be giving this location my business. Do better.

The franchise owner doesn’t believe in refunding their customers when they are being incorrectly charged.
If I could I would leave a negative star review. I called the office on behalf of my daughter after she received horrible customer service. The owner Patrice was very condescending and laughed after I explained the situation and asked me if that was all. After I proceeded to offer her constructive criticism as a business owner myself, she got defensive and hung up on me. As a business owner, you should remain humble and always be willing to better yourself off of every experience you come across on your daily. Having humility will take you far in business and if you can’t admit when you’re wrong, then I feel extremely sorry for you and your establishment.
I have been to several different Nektar locations and I think they’re all different and the quality and quantity differs as well. I have been to this location a few times and both times were below average. Smoothies tasted like unripe fruit, the bowls had ingredients in it that didn’t match the description of the menu. Very odd to add apple to a bowl in my opinion. I probably wouldn’t go back and would go to the Uptown plaza location for a more quality experience.
We rate a few stars for the peanut butter bowl my husband and I enjoy. It was great. The customer service in the front is a hit or miss. We ordered the week of July 9th. Due to the attitude of the front, we will not come here often or not at all. It sucks that this location is closest to all the locations we shop. Many times we’d rather drive out of our way for a pleasant interaction. This location isn’t inviting and the interactions of those who work there are disingenuous from the moment we walk in, to when we leave. The atmosphere sucks. Too bad the bowls are made how we like them. We love the Village of Prasada location. At least we don’t feel rushed to leave and leave feeling good about where we purchased.

I stopped and got a chia berry parfait this morning 5/24/24 and there's the biggest chunk of chia seeds in my parfait. This is the first time I've been to this location. So unacceptable
I know now if I order from here to come early! Came a little before 8am (must be the rush time) Online order took 40 mins. Literally watched people come in after me and get their order before mine. Crazy smh. Not the one to complain but watching this was a little disappointing. The lady did apologize once she brought out my order:(

So far I had only order one item, it was good less sweet than other smoothie places which I like, was made with coconut water instead of juice. The service was great, she was patient with me and answered all my questions. Since it was my first time here.

Very disappointed, i didnt recieve my delivery order and its been only a point and blame game beteeen the delivery people, not being able to get in contact with a manager, im just tired of it man, its not hard to fix a messed up order, and honestly thts still 5 stars in my eyes, but to make it so difficult to remedy any issues has really made my worth known.

I bought 2 drinks and spent 20 plus dollars only to receive drinks that were bitter, resulting g in them going in the trash. I have purchased these drinks before and did not have to throw them away. I'm normally sure what went wrong, but something was definitely off. If I could have returned to the store, I would have so that I could get a refund or minimally new drinks that hopefully tasted better.
don’t give me wrong I love eating nectars bowls, I love drinking nectar smoothies I would just love it if their customer service was better and that they were more pleasantly engaging.
