Very disappointed, i didnt recieve my delivery order and its been only a point and blame game beteeen the delivery people, not being able to get in contact with a manager, im just tired of it man, its not hard to fix a messed up order, and honestly thts still 5 stars in my eyes, but to make it so difficult to remedy any issues has really made my worth known.

Management team is amazing! However, the customer service for the cashier was terrible today. To the point I almost canceled my ordered. I try to give grace because you never know what anyone is going through. but she did kinda ruin my morning with her attitude.

Went in to grab a smoothie bowl for the second day in a row. The açaí mango bowl is amazing. Always made right. Especially since I can be a little picky. They were great! And the juice was amazing.

I can see why there’s a low rating You I’m need better customer service I asked for my peanut butter on the side I got the p&j bowl I asked for no jelly she said ok but when I asked for the peanut butter on the side she said that was going to be impossible I didn’t argue with her I pay for my food and left I work in the food industry I know you could put the peanut butter on the side she was just being lazy and those bowls are expensive it doesn’t take too much time to put the peanut butter on the side I didn’t tip her and I would of if she take care of my small request when am paying for it !

Taste is fine, but they shorted me on my bowl. Looking at other reviews, it seems like it's a common thing here. Super annoying for a bowl that costs almost $13- you expect it to be full- at least give it to me how it's advertised.

The girl workers are very rude EVERYTIME I go. They have me waiting for minutes while there’s multiple in the back looking at me & nobody is in the restaurant. One time the girl even threw my bag on the counter and walked to the back. I’ve only had 1 good experience when an older gentleman was working, otherwise everytime the girls are straight up rude and full my bowl half up not the whole way.

This location waters down their juices skips ingredients and shorts the fruit bowls. Stay away from the Dysart location. Cheers ?
