Definitely will keep coming back! Drinks and staff are awesome!
Lovely family owned cafe just off the freeway as you leave Phoenix. We popped in for a quick breakfast before leaving town- they open nice and early at 6am!
The number 1 reason we came besides the early start was they offered GF bread and bagels for any of their sandwiches and burgers that are already GF. Their menu only showed açaí bowls as GF but thanks to another google review we figured out they sub the GF breads too.
Highly recommend if your GF.

Very nice cafe. I always enjoy going there.
Great restaurant. The early mornings and Sundays are my favorite to wind down, pleasant atmosphere and excellent food worth every penny. The Big Boy Bagel is in the name and quite filling. As an AZ native I recommend it highly.

I really love this place. It can get very busy on the weekends but during the week day there is plenty of space. The drink and food is great and fairly priced I think. Also saw this gorgeous flower arrangement by FERN Floral Studio!

My husband and I were visiting from out of state and ran across this cafe. It had good reviews so we decided to try it. We went around 11-12ish so it was somewhat packed but we were able to find a table. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and I ordered a breakfast burrito. They were both delicious. Their coffee was delicious as well! The staff were nice and friendly. Would definitely come back.

What a cute little spot! I had the chicken and waffles and husband had the tater tot bowl. The coffee was excellent best dirty chai I’ve had in a while. Cute little shop to browse while waiting on food. Will definitely be back.

I've been going to New Penny since they first opened. I have tried pretty much everything on their menu beside coffee (since O don't drink that). I love their lotuses. They are the only energy drink I can have that works and causes no crash afterwards. Honestly even if they weren't energy drinks Id still get them bc they taste so good. Their sandwiches are some of my favorite - the chicken salad and their turkey one (I know I know turkey doesn't sound like much but give them a try). Service is always amazing everyone is so nice there.

We spent $90 for 3 adults and 1 kid. The biscuits and gravy had a kick to them but viod of other flavors. The chicken waffle sandwich was okay, they tend to over season the chicken and the chicken meat reminded me of McDonald's.
The burrito we got was not worth the price either. The matcha latte was delicious. The little shop they had with local items was the best part

The food is always great and the service also. But the vibe is not very inclusive. As a black person sometimes it is very uncomfortable because the atmosphere can be uninviting. To be honest, it’s not necessarily the staff, it’s the customers. The dirty looks and the staring and the negative energy make it awkward at times.
