Price is 25-26$ on weekends without drink but service fee is included so if you ready to pay about 30$ it’s your place Lots of good food Problem is they don’t have regular soy souse , it’s just kinda horrible panda souse which is not works with sushi Other wise good food

We went to eat paid got our food started to eat then found 2 hairs in our food and the manager was rude refused to give us a refund told us to go get more food from the same spot we found had found the hair in and he tried to mix the hair in w the food acting like he didn’t see it never again!

I found 2 hairs in my food I told the manager he mixed it In with the food and tried to act like he didn’t see it when I pointed it out he said yeah that’s a hair and then I asked for a refund he refused to do it because food was wasted I told him the only reason it was wasted was because of hair that was found in it not 1 but 2 hairs mixed in the food, he was rude and had an attitude from the beginning never again I will be getting my money back from my bank that’s outrageous he asked me to leave as well cause I was pointing out facts and didn’t want the people next to us to hear what I was saying about the hair.

Mediocre food, disappointing service.
The selection of food was a bit underwhelming. The food they did have was generally just bland, tasteless. The orange chicken was mostly batter and had almost no flavor. The lo mein was just spaghetti pasta tossed with some veggies, though it was admittedly more flavorful than the chicken.
You have to pay before being let in and you order your drinks while doing so, but our drinks didn't show up until we were nearly done and ready to leave.

This is like any other regular buffet, but 2 times cleaner and with well more options. It’s a little pricey upfront being $17.99 dinners mostly week days and $20.99 on weekends but if the service, constant refills on drinks, and amazing food it is worth the price.

It was my first time to try this restaurant, also my last time. We arrived there after 7pm Sunday night. There was still a long line outside. We waited 20 minutes to get in. They charged before we were seated. Attention: they charge mandatory 12% service fee automatically with your payment. The girl at front desk said tips were not included. It was really weird and confusing. Even though, the services were awful. The waitress serving our table collected our plates ONLY once. The second time, there were four plates and two bowls piled on our table. We requested the waitress to clear up the dishes twice. She ignored us twice and didn't say even a word, just give us a glimpse then walked away. She was not busy, instead talked and laughed with her coworkers. She had time to refill Coke for another two young men but no time to clear up our table. We waited and waited to give her a chance. However, she never came back. We had to file a complaint to her manager. The manager just made a quick apology and left. It looks like complaint does not mean anything to them. It was a unpleasant experience. Never come back.

This review is primarily to show the power of customer reviews and the importance of providing good service to customers. I passed this restaurant while going to another store and considered taking my mother and mother and law, however after reading the honest reviews from customers regarding the careless & rude staff, inconsistency in pricing and other unfavorable services, I've reconsidered visiting this place! I really hope this place takes customer feedback seriously and improve where necessary because that will be way more beneficial to their establishment than using AI bots to construct fake 5 star reviews...customers aren't stupid they can tell when 5 star reviews are being faked!
