Today was my birthday and I wanted to share a pizza with my family. I went in and bought a pizza for $19. I drive away from the place. I got a notification for $24 went back to see what happened. They didn’t wanna give me back my money so I gave them back the pizza. Worst experience ever somebody tried to self tip itself at this restaurant. Be careful.

Food was amazing! My sister ordered a “the works” which was excellent! The manager with white hair was very nice and always checked up on us. A young girl at the register was absolutely amazing and so sweet. We had already eaten in the restaurant after she recommended the baked ziti , then we decided we wanted to place a to go order afterward for the road, and she took such great care of us. She told us about a special they had going on. She was patient, kind, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Truly great customer service thank you NYPD

We ordered a large meat lovers pizza a chopped salad and garlic knots and they were all horrible. I have been dining here for years and I think it's maybe time to use a different pizza restaurants there are so many to choose from. All 4 of my family had one piece of pizza and agreed to throw the rest in the garbage.

We had an amazing, truly NY style pizza today at NY Pizza department! It was delicious 😋 . The crust, sauce and cheese we the perfect combination of perfection! To top it all off, on Tuesday a medium cheese pizza is only $10! Our server was delightful. He actually talked with us. So refreshing!

I would like to say Nicolas (Nick) showed excellent customer service. He even wiped down the table once again for us even after explaining that was just the tables finish, but how he still took the time to take extra care of us was nice. He was very attentive to us and making our experience enjoyable! Thank you again!

We really enjoyed NYPD pizzas location in Phoenix so we came to give this location a try. We arrived or a pretty empty lunch time which was great because we were seated right away. We started with salad and zucchini as an appetizer while we decided on why pizza to get. Our server was quick to bring our drinks over. Once we ordered our pizza it took quite a while and that’s when we were informed they made it wrong so they were remaking it. While I appreciate that they told us we were literally starving at that point. While the pizza was good it was a big doughy like they were in a rush to get the second one out. Service was good and we left so full. Inside is pretty nice. I loved the large mirrors it makes the place feel larger when the light hits them. Even with the mishap we’d come again.
Love the pizza and wings! Daughter loves the pasta! Pizza taste just like back home in NY!💜

Only reason it was a 4 for me was the crust was a bit crispier than I like my NY pizza. I'm a fan of the thin, floppy, greasy type of NY pizza. Their crust was good, don't get me wrong, quit good in fact. But want the crust I was looking for. Their pizza was excellent also. Loaded with toppings. You'll need a fork just to scoop up the toppings that fall off the pizza. All in all, very good. I just was looking for the softer, floppy, NY pizza crust. But I will go back. It's good pizza! Service was great. Atmosphere was really good. Very good place to catch a bite

Tried NYPD Pizza last night and it was a total letdown. The crust was burnt beyond redemption—like chewing on charcoal. Sauce? Barely a smear. It felt like they forgot it was pizza and tried serving a cracker with toppings. Hard to enjoy something that tastes like regret. Definitely not coming back unless they remember how to use an oven and a ladle.
