My husband Doug and I always rave rave about NYPizza. Whenever we have out of town guests, we always order. Tonight it was my husband and myself. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was stale. There was almost no cheese on the pizza - it was very stiff and the crust was not good. Don't know what happened. We ate it because we were hungry. Don't know if we will order again. Nancy

Took over 1.5 for our pizza and then it was brought out cold. Had us standing waiting to be seated for 30 minutes when there was plenty of tables available. Worst service ever since I have been here several times before.

Pizza reminded me of my trip to NY. Pizza was thing, crust was crispy, and toppings tasted homemade. Just a perfect pizza. Wings also had a good taste and not saturated with sauce. Service was good but our seats were uncomfortable. Cushion a little worm out. Im sure not all are like this.I will make this place a norm and highly recommend it.

Excellent pizza, perfect crust, and sauce. It's new to me, but will not my last time there.
First off let me say this place is clean, cool vibe and super nice waitstaff. They have a spectacular lunch menu. I couldn't believe prices. I got six cheese garlic knots plus a slice loaded with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, etc. and it was all less than $10.
I then found out every Tuesday they do a $10.14 inch pizza so I grabbed one of those to go. Great place for a party date night, etc. and the pizza was pretty fire.

Went in to order carry out. Employees were very friendly and accommodating. While we waited for our pizza they gave us a free drink. Pizza is great, and reminds me of the thin slices of New York pizza back east. Definitely recommend them.

Solid place with solid food and solid people shoutout to our server for bringing out our pizza to us when we forgot it lol
Really disappointed. Ordered 2 calzones and both weren't cooked all the way, the dough was literally raw inside both of them. We ordered one large and one small and they were the same exact (small) size. And most importantly, we ordered one just with veggies and cheese, it was filled with ham. Very upsetting as someone who doesn't eat meat.

Very displeased with the level of service tonight and the quality of the pizza very thin and soggy. The waitress was very short and rushed us. And the gratuity added to the bill for 3kids and 3adults threw me off especially when I don't feel like the attitude we got from the server justified the tip amount. I think I'll be sticking to Old Chicago which Is one street over from now on.
