Crust was way too hard to chew.

Only reason it was a 4 for me was the crust was a bit crispier than I like my NY pizza. I'm a fan of the thin, floppy, greasy type of NY pizza. Their crust was good, don't get me wrong, quit good in fact. But want the crust I was looking for. Their pizza was excellent also. Loaded with toppings. You'll need a fork just to scoop up the toppings that fall off the pizza. All in all, very good. I just was looking for the softer, floppy, NY pizza crust. But I will go back. It's good pizza! Service was great. Atmosphere was really good. Very good place to catch a bite

Tried NYPD Pizza last night and it was a total letdown. The crust was burnt beyond redemption—like chewing on charcoal. Sauce? Barely a smear. It felt like they forgot it was pizza and tried serving a cracker with toppings. Hard to enjoy something that tastes like regret. Definitely not coming back unless they remember how to use an oven and a ladle.

Not happy with the pizza last night we got.
Ordered pick up- large pesto (pesto only with cheese). Was charged for a chicken pesto minus chicken.(you would like the pesto and cheese would be the cost of just like a cheese pizza of pepperoni)
Everything was great placing the order. The lady did a phenomenal job, repeating everything back and making sure it was going to be a smooth transaction.
Pizza was picked up and brought to the house and we were very disappointed when we opened the boxes. The pesto was not cooked as well as the pepperoni pizza.
We ordered wings as well and asked for them to be extra crispy that was not the case.
After making the decision to call I spoke with Vanessa the manager and explained to her that the pizza was not cooked. The reply I got was not expected.
There was no apology. There was no offer of making a pizza. I was even asked if I tried the wings yet to see if they were cooked. I explained my concern that I at this point did not even wanna try the wings because this is chicken and if they are not cooked, that would make me sick. She said that she would reimburse me for the two pizzas and for me to let her know if the chicken was done.. ummm, nope.
I explained that I would take photos and also bring them down there the next day. So basically what I did was, I took the pizzas, had to actually cut the pizzas cause they weren’t cut through either and put them in the oven and finish cooking them.
The whole reason I ordered pizza was not to cook or mess my kitchen up. Now I have trays that I need to clean and utensils.
Big inconvenience it was. And let’s not forget about the price ( chicken pizza without chicken)
Sorry! would have done just made me happy.

NYPD Pizza off Dysart came through when my dad and stepmom rolled into town and I wanted them to try real-deal pizza. We went with the Brooklyn Family pizza and a round of hot wings, and it was exactly the kind of casual, satisfying meal you want for guests.
The Brooklyn Family pie was a standout. Crust had a sturdy bite with a nice crisp edge, not soggy in the middle, and it held up perfectly to all the toppings. Sauce tasted bright and tangy with just the right herbs, and the cheese ratio was generous without turning greasy. Toppings were flavorful and plentiful enough to feel like you’re getting real value, but not chaotic. The wings were crisp and well sauced hot, but not smothered so you got good heat without losing the chicken. They came with solid ranch on the side and the celery sticks to cool things down when needed.
Service was easygoing and on point friendly, not hovering, and the food came out quickly. The place is perfect for a family night out or a casual hang with friends. Parking was convenient, and the overall vibe felt clean and comfortable. If you’re in town and want a dependable, no-fuss pizza night that lands like a hometown favorite, NYPD Pizza on Dysart is a solid pick. Dad and stepmom walked out full and impressed. NYPD never disappoints

I placed a pick up order on their website. This was my first time ordering food from this location. We used to always go to the Scottsdale location when my husband and I lived and worked in the area. The pizza at this location is delicious. I ordered the vegan cheese option and they made it exactly how I like it. The price is reasonable for the sizes.

This was an EXTREMELY bad experience. The waitress took our order and 25 minutes later she comes up to me and says they forgot to put In My order and the order will take longer . The place was not busy. There were only 2 other customers and they received their food just fine. They didn’t show any sense of urgency or apologize . Definitely feel that they discriminated us. We told the waitress we were leaving because the food is taking too long. This little waitress had the audacity to say you can head out or the food will be ready in 3 minutes. We ended up leaving. I didn’t say anything because I would have made this little waitress cry. This was my first time coming here and I’m Definitely not coming back

We ordered from Uber, who eats a calzone from the Avodale location, and the dough was overcooked on the outside, and completely raw on the inside. Garlic nots had so much grease. Great thing, thevvegan pizza was fabulous. Everything else, not edible, too, eat (calzone and garlic nots. Very disappointing.

This has become our daughter's favorite pizza place so we have been coming in a little more often for special treats. It's also the only place where you can get REAL New York style cheesecake. Today's visit was excellent as usual. There is a nice, inviting atmosphere to the place, the food is always good, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are all friendly and helpful every time we visit. We also had a very nice conversation with a gentleman who was either the manager or franchise owner when he stopped by our table to personally check that everything with our visit was okay. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Really like the quality of the pizza crust. The staff is always very friendly.
The one gripe I do have is when placing a carryout order the last three times I asked for sauce on the side for wings—and the sauce was placed on the wings (even states on the receipt). The staff is always willing to remake the order, however we then have the rest of the order sitting for 15 to 20 minutes waiting on the wings to be remade.
